Journal Entry # 17 Friday 2018
Friday. I looked at my friend standing next to me, a bit nervous of my execution."U-Um,.. Dallas?" I asked, shifting in place.
He looked at me, and smiled. "Yes?.." My heart began to pound in anticipation. "Um.." My mind was racing. The Gym! The Gym!
"Could you follow me?" I asked timidly. He looked to where I was gesturing. "Back in the school?" He asked. I nodded. I walked back toward the entrance of the building, only hearing the smack of my flats against the concrete.

We finally turned the corner into the gym, and entered. I turned to him awkwardly. "Why are we here?" He asked. I blinked. Right!
My nerves returned as my mind went ahead of me. "C-can I ask you something?" I asked. He was focused on me. It was kind of cute..He nodded. "C-Can I..M-May I.. kiss you?" I asked.
I got so nervous I kind of recited a few lines from DisneyFanatic2364's Bride of Discord. In the mist of that I thought I heard him answer. "W-what?" I asked.
He nodded. "Yes." My breathing increased silently and my heart beat wildly. He leaned out a bit, and bent down for me. (He was a good few inches taller than me) His eyes were closed. I shakily stepped forward, and pursed my lips, unsure how this was supposed to work. I squinted before closing my eyes, trying not to miss.
It was still, stiff, and.. nice..
**
We walked out of the gym together. I had to think of a reason I had wanted to kiss him.. I couldn't say I just wanted to kiss someone just to do it.. I couldn't even think before I responded. I looked up at him. "I..kinda like you.. alot.." I lied. I .. I didn't know what to say.. What was I supposed to say?
