Journal Entry #18 Monday 2018
I sighed. Third is the worst.. Mrs. Fragginbott is the worst.. I hate school.. Dallas walked up to me with a blue paper gift bag. "Happy Valentines Day, Low-low." he said, holding it out to me.
"What is it?" I asked. I smiled, setting it on my desk. He then sat down at his seat in the front. My seat was in the back of the class.. where I liked it.
I raised a brow at the bag. Hmm.. I set the bag on its side, the inside facing me. There was a card, and.. a box of chocolates. It was in a heart shaped box that read 'I Like You' with a YouTube Like button in the middle. I've never gotten chocolate or anything like this from anyone before.. -or at least anyone like a friend or a.. bf..
I opened the card envelope. It had a cute teddy bear on it that was missing its eye, and holding a heart in its paws, with the caption, 'You're so lovable,-' I opened the card. 'I could just hug you to pieces!' I smiled at the card. My gaze wandered up the room to Dallas.
Thank you.. I put the gifts in my bag. Mrs. Fragginbott was already writing on the board, "Valentine essays." I sat in my seat with a worried smile. Man, today's gonna suck isn't it? I put my arms on my desk and laid my head down. Yep.. Teachers love holidays..
