Nine girls in one room, yet the silence is louder than them. They're sitting on the floor, around a soju bottle, and watching it spin, some with excitement, others with angst. The bottle spins one last time around itself before stopping, pointing towards a half awake girl. But her eyes quickly widen as the rest start clapping, shocking her.

"Momo, truth or dare?" Mina, the only person who is somewhat sober, asks.

"I think... truth?"

Just as Mina opens her mouth to say something, Jeongyeon interrupts. It's obvious that she's completely out of it due to the third empty bottle in her hand. Having sensed that nothing good is about to happen, Mina nudges Jeongyeon with her elbow, attempting to make her stop. However, it's no use.

"Momo, have you had your first kiss yet? If so, who was it?" Jeongyeon asks with a grin.

Momo glances over at Dahyun, who is sitting next to Jeongyeon and already looking back at Momo with an unusal expression. Momo can't pinpoint if Dahyun wants her to tell the truth or run away from it. And the little eyebrow lift doesn't make it an easier decision for Momo at all.

"No, I haven't," Momo answers.

Instantly, Dahyun averts her eyes away from Momo and gets up from the floor, patting snack crumbs away from her clothes before casually walking away without saying anything.

"Alright then! I'm spinning it!" Nayeon, who is just as gone as Jeongyeon, yells.

The girls are too busy watching Nayeon fail multiple times at properly spinning the bottle as Momo spots Dahyun grab a drink from the kitchen and walk down the stairs, to the basement. Momo wonders what the younger one could possibly do in the basement.

Dahyun sighs, frustrated, as she listens to laughter coming from the Truth or Dare game. She's sitting against a cold, concrete wall with her head buried in her arms. She just can't seem to bring herself to relax after Momo's answer.

The truth is that they have kissed before. Dahyun wouldn't have been as hurt if it was something that happened years ago, but considering the fact that they shared a kiss only two weeks ago, she's feeling absolutely heartbroken. The kiss means a lot to her, even though it never developed into anything. She still thinks about it at least once a day, even creating little scenarios in her head before sleeping.

That's why when Momo said that she hasn't had her first kiss yet, Dahyun discovered that the thing that has been occupying her mind never even meant anything to Momo. Even if the kiss happened in the heat of the moment, it would only be fair for Momo to be affected by it too.

It's a habit, running away from everyone to hide between her safe walls every time she feels sad. For a girl with such a confident and energetic image, she rarely lets anyone see her in a vulnerable state, because it just makes her feel insecure.

Now, she's here by herself, in this room only illuminated by the dim light that is coming from the high window. Still slightly tipsy, she pulls out her phone with fumbling hands. She's preparing to play her comfort song and cry her feelings out as she usually does.

But then, the sudden cracking sound from the opening door makes her eyes widen at the unexpected intruder. Although, she calms down once she sees the short black hair, barely recognizable under the darkness.
