Today (Y/n) was taking Michael and Emma to a Rams game. Since they lived in LA they didn't have to travel very far and Michael was very excited.

(Y/n) parked the car and they all got out and made their way into the stadium. Michael had a little Rams hat and jersey he had gotten before the game. They found their seats and took a family picture before (Y/n) took Michael to get some food while Emma stayed.

Once the two came back they had enough food for the entire game. Michael was already munching away on some chicken nuggets and fries while (Y/n) and Emma split some nachos.

"It's starting!" Michael shouted when they started the national anthem. Everyone stood up and took their hats off before the national anthem ended and the game started. "Who's winning?" Michael asked the second the Rams got the ball. "Nobody yet. They have to make it to the end of the field for them to score." (Y/n) explained to his son who knew nothing about football.

Michael finished his food and stole a few nachos before the Rams had scored a touchdown. "Yay!" Michael cheered and clapped, following how the fans had reacted.

After a few more minutes Michael had moved seats and now was sitting on Emma's lap. "Why are they hitting each other?" Michael asked when he saw two players trying to tackle the opposing team's quarterback. "It's so they can't throw the ball." Emma explained. "Oh. What if they get hurt?" He continued. "They dont, they have lots of gear to protect them." She shared, trying to get him to focus on the game and not ask questions.

The first half of the game went pretty fast and now it was halftime. (Y/n) used this time to go to the bathroom and get something to drink while Emma just stayed in her seat and looked at the photos she had taken today.

Once the two boys came back they took a family selfie. Michael sat back down in his own seat before the game started up again. This time he wasn't as interested as before and just followed what the crowd did. He accidentally cheered for the wrong team sometimes, but he had good intentions.

Eventually Michael fell asleep in his chair and Emma had him sit with her. He woke up a few minutes before the game ended and had enough energy to cheer the Rams on before the game ended.

The Rams did not win but Michael certainly had a fun time at his first football game, and Emma made a whole Facebook post with all of the pictures she took today. Everyone certainly had a fun time.
