Today was Father's Day and Emma was setting up a surprise for (Y/n). Michael's job was to keep (Y/n) out of the house so Emma could set up.

Currently (Y/n) and Michael were at a baseball game together. Michael has figured this would be enough time for his mother to set up the surprise and he got to go to a baseball game. It was a win win for both of them.

"This is fun!" Michael told his father as they were getting food. "Yeah, putting those season tickets to good use." (Y/n) agreed. Michael got a text from Emma saying the surprise was ready and they didn't have to come back right away since the game wasn't over yet.

Once the game finished up they got back in the car. "Do you wanna go get food?" (Y/n) asked, and Michael shook his head. "No, I'm tired. Let's just go home." Michael lied, trying to get home quickly for the surprise. "Really? Alright then." (Y/n) mumbled, driving the two home.

When they got home (Y/n) walked in the house to see a banner and balloons up for Father's Day. The banner read 'happy Father's Day!' And there were balloons in (Y/n)'s favorite colors.

"I get a surprise party?!" (Y/n) asked. "Kind of. It's just us." Emma told him, bringing out a cake. "I love it!" (Y/n) announced, going over and looking at the cake. There was also a pizza as well and everyone started getting some food.

"This is the best fathers day ever." (Y/n) mumbled before taking a bite of cake. "It was my idea!" Michael told his father, raising his hand up a bit. The next exciting part of the night was the presents.

Michael got (Y/n) a shirt with his face on it, and Emma had gotten him a new phone. "Oh wow. Nice." (Y/n) mumbled as he opened up the phone box. "Glad you like it." Emma responded while starting to clean up the plates.

Michael did the dishes, one of the chores he had, before getting to watch a movie with his parents. (Y/n) got to pick and he chose Harry Potter, making Emma groan. "I know you hate watching yourself act, but just one movie." He insisted and pressed play.

The rest of the night was peaceful and relaxing. It was certainly a good fathers day.
