Michael loved watching beauty and the beast. It was one of his favorite movies. He loved seeing his mother on the Tv and always liked watching her sing and dance.

"Mummy! We have to watch your princess movie!" Michael told her when they were decided on a movie for movie night. (Y/n) was going to be home late tonight so he unfortunately wasn't here for movie night. "Okay, we can watch that one." Emma agreed, secretly hoping he would fall asleep in the beginning. She loved the movie but she did not like watching herself sing and act.

"Yayyy!" Michael cheered and ran to get the popcorn. Once both of them were ready Emma played the movie.

Michael snuggled up to his mother and watched the screen intently, smiling when his mother came on the screen. Unfortunately for Emma, Michael wasn't falling asleep anytime soon.

Michael clapped when Belle finished her first song and now was talking to Gaston. "I don't like him mummy." Michael told her. "Gaston is very mean. But Luke was very nice when you saw him." Emma whispered back. Belle was now singing again and running on the hill. Michael clapped again when her song was done and continued to watch the movie.

"The beast is scary." Michael told his mother when the beast came up. "Yeah. He can be scary." Emma agreed. Michael started giggling when Belle tried throwing her stool at Lumiere and laughed again when she threw a bucket at cogsworth.

Michael was now sitting on Emma's lap and got excited when the be our guest song came on. He managed to keep quiet when Gaston had his own song. Michael's second favorite song soon came on when Emma started singing about the beast and how there was something there she never saw before. He started to close his eyes but continued to watch the movie. He would force himself awake whenever his eyes would close and Emma knew he wouldn't be awake for much longer. She started to play with his hair, knowing it would get him to fall asleep since he always falls asleep when she strokes his hair.

Michael's favorite song came on next, the song Emma always sings to him, how does a moment last forever. Belle was currently in her childhood home with the beast and looking at her home when she was a baby. She started singing and that's when Michael started to finally fall asleep. The rest of the scene went by and Michael got sad when Belle had to be separated from her mother, but Michael just clung onto his mother more during that scene.

Emma turned the Tv off when she knew Michael was asleep and wouldn't wake back up. She took him up to his room and tucked him into bed before placing a kiss on his cheek.

Movie nights were always fun even though Michael couldn't stay awake to finish the movies.
