I was sleeping peacefully, with Newts arms wrapped around me, pulling my back into his chest so I could feel his chest move up and down everytime he breathed. It was so cosy and warm amd relaxing, until a sharp stabbing pain attacked my lower abdomen. I immediately reached down to hold my stomach and tucked my legs up into the fetus position. Tears trickled down my cheeks and I started crying loudly, unfortunately waking Newt up in the process.
"Love? What's wrong?" He sat up over me "Y/n, are you ok? What's going on?"
"My tummy hurts" I sobbed.
"Oh darling come here" He pulled the covers off, then jumped back " Bloody hell! Y/n, what the fuck there's blood everywhere!"
"It hurts Newt"
"Y/n you're bleeding oh my god!" He panicked.
"It's just my period Newt calm down" I sat up, still holding my tummy.
"Your what?"
"Oh, yeah, you don't get girls, um" I thought "Every month a girl bleeds from her, you know what, and it hurts a lot"
"Jesus that sounds awful"
"Yeah well, it came a bit early"
"Aww it's ok love" He hugged me "We'll get this all cleaned up and I'll get you some pain killers from the medjacks hut"
"Thank you Newt"
