Vale's P.O.V.
"This is where you stayed for your training?"
Anakin blurts out in awe as we walk down a stone path. We've just arrived on an island in Spira; it's a system with islands covered in jungles and beaches. The island we landed on is specifically for training in the Jedi Order and has been for centuries.
There's an island near this one with a village in case we need to gather supplies. Usually the capital of Spira keeps this island stocked and preserved for the Jedi Order to use. We're walking into the campground Obi-Wan and I stayed at years ago.
"For two years."
I answer the kid with bags in each of my hands. Anakin's walking in front of me and Kenobi, who are following side by side. We reach a small stone village with no human life around for miles.
There are four small stone cabins with vines on the walls; they're the huts for Padawan learners. They're spread out between trees and have firepits beside each of them. There are ancient designs on the grey building walls with faded dark red patterns. The roof is a forest green color, making it blend with jungle.
There are four more stone lodges for Jedi Knights and Masters. They have the same stone grey walls with symbols. The houses all have decks with faded red poles holding up the forest green roof. They're much professional looking at the details of the windows and doors.
Lodges for masters and Knights are twice as big and further away but still in close enough to see. The stone path we're taking connects to each hut with patches of dirt, grass, and stone. The trees and wild flower make the village beautiful to live in, even if it's outdated compared to the Jedi Temple.
These buildings have been standing for centuries from the Capital of this system preserving it. I glance at the two lodges, Obi-Wan and I stayed at when we came here and smile lightly. Turning to look at him, I smirk and whisper.
"You remember when I-"
"-When you scared me outside my window?" I see him with the same smile as he nods and mumbles. "Yeah... I remember, V..."
Rolling my eyes with my smile still intact, I look to the Knights and Master's cabins. Of course, Obi-Wan knew what I was going to say and beat me to the punch. We've had a lot of significant memories here, most that we're stopped talking about over the years.
Ever since our kiss on Persavi III, we've avoided bringing up old memories. I have a feeling it's because if we talk about memories it will bring us back to the night Kenobi kissed me. These past two years have been difficult for us, but we've kept the image of everything being fine.
"Can I pick my room?" Anakin speaks up curiously, making Obi-Wan nod and points to a section of the village. "Okay but, one of those four. We'll be on the other side if you need us."
He runs to one hut surrounded my trees with vines hanging off. Obi-Wan and I head to the other side of the campground as he heads inside while dropping his bags carelessly. My eyes catch the one Qui-Gon stayed out before peeking at Obi-Wan.
He glances at me as if he could sense my eyes on him. Smiling in sorrow, he walks to the cabin beside the one Qui-Gon stayed in. I bite my lip, knowing he's going to the other one out of respect for our old Master. I walk to the lodge on the opposite side of the one Qui-Gon slept in.
When we stayed here, this is the cabin I snuck into a lot. It always had an elegant setup to me, as if it deliberately for a woman. It's an oval shape two-story house with wild flowers spread out around the ground.
It's smaller than the other houses but taller from having a second level. There's a wrap-around porch and the windows are large, round circles. The front door is a double door with flower pots hanging on either side of them.
