John grinned at Tom before a gunshot interrupted my ears. I widened my eyes holding Tom by his waist. But he was standing there as nothing happened

I opened my eyes and looked in front of Tom to see John on his knees holding his bloody hand. I widened my eyes when I saw Mickey with a gun in his hand in the door keeping eye contact with Tom before some of the other guys appeared in the doorframe

There stood Haz, Nate, and Gale, they're all Tom's mates. And catch John by both of his hands standing him up

Tom turned around to look at me before he smiled and last kissed me before Mickey appeared in front of me beside Tom.

I smiled at him widely and Tom step a little aside and let Mike hug me tightly, spinning me around. I giggled as the tears formed in my eyes again "gosh I missed you" he said and kissed me all over my face

"I missed you too" I giggled and kissed his forehead.

When we pulled away I saw Tom standing in front of John with his hands over his chest "did he hurt you?" Tom asked me and I looked down and bit my lip before nodding

Tom immediately turned around and punched John in the face. John hissed in pain and closed his eyes "he is the leader" I said under my breath and Tom hardened his face before kicking John to his ribs

"Mate, not here" Haz whispered and nodded his head to me. Tom nodded "you're right. Take him out I'll talk to Char," he said and the guys nodded before they carried him out of the door

Tom looked at Mike who nodded and kissed my head before leaving the room. "Can I ask you some questions?" Tom asked me softly and held my cheeks

I swallowed nervously and nodded "how much did he hurt you?" His thumbs stroked my cheeks. I fought the tears in my eyes "h-he r-...." I couldn't say it out loud but Tom seemed to understand when he hugged me tightly

I sobbed into his shirt holding onto him tightly "I'm so sorry, princess. I shouldn't have let him take you away" he sobbed and shook his head "it's not your fault" I whispered and stroked his back

"Can we please get out of here?" I asked and he pulled away and nodded "yeah, let's get you out of here" he held me by my hand and walked towards the door to see one of Tom's men standing there guiding us

Tom nodded at him and he nod back before going in front of us probably just in case someone would hurt us

The car ride was quiet. I and Tom sat in the back, cuddling and Haz and Mike sat in the front giving us some space

On that drive, I slept better than this whole nine days in that basement

I hugged her tightly and almost fell to the floor. "Hey sissy, I missed you," I said softly and heard her sob. I pouted and fought my own tears "I missed you too" she said as her voice cracked
