Aaron's POV:

*happening during Saturday's practice*

I walked into the prison. Why did you agree? Why did you say yes? Do you know what pain you have caused people? You're a murderer. You could have helped
"Hello Aaron."
"This wasn't the deal."
"Well of course it was."
"No. It wasn't. James is missing fingers and may never cheer again and Farrah could have died."
"The deal-"
"The deal was that you got to confront the tigers. To apologize. Not to murder two more."
"Things change."
"A little heads up would have been nice."
"Aaron why are you so upset about this? You agreed to help."
"You blackmailed me into it."
"You could have just told everyone yourself that you're t-"
"No. Nope. Lets not go there. I ju-"

"Times up kid." A guard said as he came up to me.
"Ugh whatever. This isn't over, Riley."

Annleigh's POV:

"Kate! Come sit with me!" I yelled. "The front? Really Ann?" They asked as she sat in the desk next to me. "Uh huh, the front." She rolled her eyes.
"I heard Kate Dalton didn't make the cheer team." One of the girls around us said to her friend.
"Wait what?" I asked in a half laugh.
"Guys im on the-" Kate was cut off by the girl's friend.
"No! Really?!" I looked at Kate.
"Yeah she wasn't good enough." I started laughing and so did Kate.
"Lets see where this goes." She said.
"I heard she quit cheerleading all together." Some other kid piped up.
"No, she's still a cheerleader, she just didn't make the team." This small gosip thing has turned into a huge class conversation.
"I heard she dropped a girl during try outs." A chorus of gasps fell among my now classmates.
"Wait you're a-"
"A flyer? Yeah idk bro."
"I heard she had a bad accident over the summer and couldn't cheer ever again."
"Whoa!" "Really?!" "No!"
"No! She wasn't as good as the other girls and didn't make the cut."
"She wasn't too good anyway."
"Oooooooo." I looked over at Kate and she was starting to get visibly uncomfortable.
"I heard she got a boyfriend and he didn't aprove of the cheer uniforms so she had to quit."
"I don't-" Kate started to say but everyone else started talking over her again.
"I heard she's insane and couldn't handle the pressure." More gasps filled the room.
"Why are you talking about me like I'm not here?!"
"I heard she kept getting into a fights and got suspended so she had to drop cheerleading."
"Pffft- i could see that happening." I said and Kate smacked my arm.
"That one actually makes the most sense."
"Someone told me that her dad lost his job and her family couldn't afford it anymore."
More "ooooooo"'s and "WHOA!"'S and "ARE YOU SERIOUS?!" Starting eccoing through the room.
"I heard two girls talking yesterday and they said she broke the law."
"Really?!"
"What did she do?!"
"I donno, I didn't hear."
"I heard she killed the FBI."
"Are you slow?"
"You can't say that!"
"You're a dumbass."
"The FBI is a federal bureau of investigation."
"YOU CAN'T KILL THE FBI!"
"Thats just what i heard."

"Guys they made the team." I said just loud enough for the room to hear me.
"But her name wasn't on the list?"
"What list?" I asked.
"Like...the cheerleader list."
"What the fuck is a cheerleader list?" Kate asked.
"It was on the school's Instagram."
"Also Peggy said you weren't trying out."
"Literally this is none of your concern." Kate said.

"SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN." The teacher yelled as he entered the portable.
