"Just like I thought," Lacy sighed before closing her eyes.

"Are you okay?" nag-aalalang tanong ni Pickett sa dalaga.

"Yeah. Things are just stressing me out ever since I came back."

"Want to unwind a little bit? How about dinner tonight?"

"I can't. My mother's death anniversary is just around," inform nito at tinignan siya.

"You mean..." Tinanguan siya ni Lacy kasabay ng paghinga nang malalim nito.

"We'll probably stay at Cunningham's. So I have to deal with these issues before I leave."

"We're close in finding Diana Rose, so shake that off your shoulders. I also have a speculation that might be the location of where she is."

"Where?" she curiously asked.

"This is just based on what I read and what was traced after she went missing. But I think she's in their own house."

"I don't understand. If she goes missing why would her own house be the location of where she is?"

"Neither I. Because we still don't know if her parents set this up for us to focus in this case or they just didn't know."

"How did you come up with that idea?"

Pickett sighed before looking at her, "Well, I noticed something strange with the reports that was submitted a month ago."

"I was the one who reviewed it and I didn't find and suspicious," nagtatakang sambit ni Lacy sa kaniya.

"It was the file named Incognito."

Nangunot ang noo ni Lacy nang banggitin niya ang folder name at napaisip saglit.

Was there an error? The file was month ago... Maybe I forgot there was a file named Incognito, she thought.

"Uhm... Okay. What about it?"

"It's just my suspicion and how I speculated it based on the research and reports. So, I'm still working on it and I can't fully say it when I am not sure. It might be a hoax or just because I am thinking too much," he said as he threw a look at her.

Lacy slowly nodded her head and said 'okay'.

"Then I'll call a meeting tomorrow so we could at least talk about important things and sort things out, if possible. And about lady Brandenburg and my step mother--" Lacy cuts him off.

"It's okay. Let me handle them." Aangal pa sana si Pickett ngunit nakita niya ang mukha nitong determinado at para bang may binabalak na.

"Just tell me if something happened and I'm willing to lend a hand," paalala nito. Ngumiti si Lacy sa kaniya at tumango.

"Well," tumayo ito at inayos ang bahagyang nalukot niyang damit, "that's all I wanted to know and say. I probably took too much of your time. So I'm going to get going now."

"It's not," mabilis na sagot ng binata habang pinagmamasdan itong ayusin ang mahaba nitong bestida.

"You could disturb me anytime," habol na sambit nito.

Napatingin sa kaniya si Lacy na para bang namali ang kaniyang rinig. Busy itong tao, mas marami pang ginagawa ito kesa sa kaniya. May mga responsibilidad itong dapat gampanan.

At sinasabi nito sa kaniya na pwede niyang guluhin ang binata kahit kailan niya gusto.

"Don't say something like that."

"I meant it. You can. Anyway, once the investigation team sort something new today, I'll tell you."

Tumango si Lacy sa kaniya at nagpaalam na rin kalaunan. Bumalik naman si Pickett sa kwarto at pinagpatuloy ang pakikipagdiskusyon.
