"There is absolutely nothing wrong?" I questioned again, looking over myself with fake uncertainty. "You're positive? It could be a possible internal problem too you know."

Hyoseop laughs, shaking his head while staring only at the computer before him. "Yoo Rin, we've been over this. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you--even if we were to take an x-ray, there is a high chance of it being nothing!"

I wagged a finger at the man, a small smile appearing upon my lips to see him happy. "No, no, no! Don't take any chances. A high chance doesn't mean full certainty. Check! I don't want to leave and come back again," I argue, trying hard to keep in my own laughter.

He sends me a look, a smirk crossing his handsome face. "Yoo Rin, you come here all the time anyway, why is this time any different?"

I grinned, leaning back on the paper underneath me. "You caught me, doc. But hey, I really wanted lunch today with you. You said you were busy with work, and here I am." I gestured to the small room, medical posters all around as well as equipment I most definitely didn't know how to use.

Hyoseop slides on his chair, pushing away from the desk and towards the leather chair I sat on. He takes off his stethoscope, swinging it around his neck and fitting it in front of him. The grin never leaves his expression, pearly teeth shinning prettily at me the closer he came. The proximity caused my cheeks to heat and my heart race.

"If you insist to be checked," he whispers, putting the stethoscope onto my chest where he saw fit. "Let me hear your heart beat."

I flinched at the cold, my smile immediately leaving as I stared at him. The beautiful man that I had been shamelessly flirting with was closer than I had ever imagined. He was still staring at me with this cute eye smile, no doubt increasing my heart rate further.

He faked concerned, eyebrows furrowing despite his grin and he cocked his head to the side. "Oh, wait. Your heart...It seems to be beating quite fast. Are you alright?"

I narrowed my eyes, pushing away his hand and chair to create a distance between us. "Very funny, doc. But that's not the problem." Embarrassed by the way my cheeks were still flaming, I looked around the room again so we didn't meet eyes.

He chuckles. "Then what's wrong? I have to take care of all my patients. Even the ones who fake their illness to just sit here to waste my time."

Huffing, I looked at him. He was seeing right through my attempt, as if it was something I did often enough. "Lunch. You owe me, remember?"

Hyoseop didn't seem to play along. He closed his lips and smiled sarcastically, shrugging his broad shoulders while tapping his head with the pen from his desk. "I don't remember owing you anything..." He glances at the computer. "But seriously Rin, I have to end this session soon if this is it."

I helplessly watched him stand up, pushing his white signature doctor coat behind him in the process. "Wait, Hyo-"

He raised a finger. "Nope! I'm your doctor here."

I rolled my eyes. "As if you are anything else to me at other times." Crossing my arms, I sigh defeated once more. I look towards the opposite to the window, letting him go now to leave on my own.

I didn't hear his footsteps for a minute. I assumed he had left, leaving the door open for me to freely leave as well if I wanted. Turning my head slightly to the side, I was surprised to see his shoes much closer to the chair I was in than before. My head snapped up, meeting his dark eyes close to mine.

His smirk was back. "Why? Is it a problem that you are just my patient? I have many patients, Rin." He was teasing me with content, knowing exactly how to work me up.

I couldn't help but mimic his smirk, enjoying the challenge. "I guess that is so. But I will always be your favorite, and you can't change that," I whisper, testing how far I could go today as well. I always wanted to push it. He made me feel like I had to.

Hyoseop leans closer, his breath fanning across my face, making my nose scrunch from the tingling feeling. "Give me thirty minutes and we can go get lunch."

I reeled in my excitement and raised an eyebrow. "Where are we going? I would like to chose."

His eyebrows rose as my words briefly with amusement. "Tempting, but your diet choice sucks. I'm your doctor, Rin. I know everything."

He begun to walk away, leaving me gawking on the chair. I went to say something to his retreating back but the door opened, revealing a nurse passing by. She smiled at the two of us before continuing on her way. I immediately closed my mouth, sending a glare his way instead. He gave me an over-the-shoulder grin before leaving me behind.

"Thirty minutes!" He repeats.
