Daenerys Targaryen

Dorne has thrown their support behind us. Princess Arianne and prince Doran were very willing, since my husband is part of their family. Olenna mainly came to see Margaery and fervently supports us. I believe she was eternally grateful for the care we provided for her granddaughter. Both of Olenna and Arianne already left to prepare their bannermen and armies. They will rendezvous near Tumbleton before marching to King's Landing. I hope Alex will arrive before everything is ready.

The months have flown by since I last saw Alex. I miss him terribly. I miss the goofy behavior. Not only that, but I miss that gentle air he exudes, the caring attitude, and I am sexually frustrated. It seems Tyrion and Irri are officially together. I don't care if they are, but gods do I notice it. It does not help my lack of bed activities and the absence of Alex. As I walk with Rhaella in the garden, I am lost in all my thoughts as Rhaella tugs on my sleeve.

"Mom?" she says to get my attention. "Yes, sweetheart?" I say absentmindedly. Rhaella looks at me and tilts her head to one side. "Are you okay?" she asks. I sent her a smile. "Of course, I am. I just miss Alex very much. It has been months..." I sighed. "I miss him too." We continue walking until Rhaella stops as she looks towards the sky. "Since when are there three dragons flying in the air?" she asks.

I frown a bit. "What?" I say, confused, as I look at the sky. I see Drogon, Rhaegal, Viserion... I form the largest smile I ever made in my life. "Alex is home!" I say in the happiest voice I could muster. Rhaella's eyes widen. "Daddy!" she says excitedly as she runs back to castle. I don't care how I look like, but I run as well and pick Rhaella up as I pass her by. Rhaella giggles as her arms wrap around my neck.

We pass several corridors, halls, and rooms in a fast pace in the direction of the harbor. I saw Missandei walking to the garden, but she changed direction as she saw me running past her. If I am not mistaken, I heard her softly laughing. Four Unsullied open the gate as they see me approach, and I rush past them. I only slow down a little as I go down some stairs that lead to the harbor.

In the harbor, I see the many ships that belong to Yara. The Greyjoy sigil proudly flaps in the wind. From one of the larger ship, disembarks Alex. Behind him, I see and hear Yara barking orders to several of her crew. From other ships, I notice the disembarking of the Golden Company and their equipment. As Alex's feet touches the stone harbor, he looks around. The gaze of Alex eventually lands on me and Rhaella. Tears already leave his eyes and his arms open to invite us in his embrace.

He grunts a bit when I crash into his embrace. "My love! I-I..." I try to say before his lips meet mine. By the Gods, I missed him. My free hand grabs his shirt to pull him closer and deepen the kiss. Alex affectionately strokes my back and that of Rhaella. After a good minute or two, we part our lips. Alex smiles at me. "Dany..." he lets out a breath. "I once again feel complete."

"Daddy! Don't forget me!" Rhaella says as she pouts a little. Alex chuckles. "Never in a million years, my little girl," he says, taking Rhaella from me and hugging her tightly and warmly. "I missed you, Rhaella. You're so big now! Becoming a beautiful young woman!" He says with warmth and love. All I can do is smile and enjoy the moment.

Alex holds Rhaella in his right arm and looks at me. "Where is our new member of the family?" he asks with delight. I smile even wider. "It's not one but two new members," I corrected him. His eyes widen, and his lips form a blinding smile. "Twins?! Please, don't tell me you're joking?!" he asks. I shake my head. "No, I am pretty sure I felt two babies leave me," I chuckled. "I don't know how you do it, but you make my life better and better, Dany. God, I love you. Come, I want to see them," he says as his free left arm winds around me. I lean into the embrace as we walk to the twins.

Rhaella starts to regale Alex about her time on Dragonstone. Alex listens with a smile as he walks with me, arms intertwined. I sigh contently. It is like a raging storm of emotions has settled down and being replaced by a gentle breeze of warmth and calmness. Alex is constantly smiling as he enjoys the stories of Rhaella and stroking my arm with his hand. In a leisurely pace, we eventually reach our room. "Dany?" Alex says.

"Hmm?" I hum out as I snuggle into his warmth. "I can't open the door. My hands are full," he softly laughs. A chuckle leaves me as I push the door open, leading him to the crib. Alex sets Rhaella down and gives her a kiss on the forehead. "I hope you have been a good big sister, Rhaella." Rhaella scoffs a bit. "Of course!" Alex smiles and places another kiss on her head. "That's what I like to hear." She has been a good sister. I couldn't be happier about it.

Alex stands back up and picks up both Alyria and Felix. It is as if his smile is etched on his face. It never seems to falter. "They are beautiful and wonderful, Dany. They must be getting it from you. Have decided what that their names should be?" he asks. I roll my eyes at his statement. "They have plenty of you in them as well, love. Alyria and Felix are their names."

He turns to me in surprise. "My brother's name?" He asks surprised. "You've a brother?" Rhaella asks with confusing. Alex sighs. "I had one that died. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I'll tell more when you're older, Rhaella. I promise," Alex says softly. "If you don't approve..." I say, but was cut off by Alex. "No, I am happy with the name. Thank you, my love. It's very thoughtful of you," he says, smiling softly at me. "They are perfect. Thank you, Dany."

"Rhaella, dear, can I speak with Alex alone? Is that okay?," I ask Rhaella. "May I...?" she starts to ask. "Yes, yes, just ask Missandei." Rhaella happily walks out of the room. Alex placed the twins down, and looks at me quizzically. "What do you want to talk about, Daenerys?" I raise an eyebrow and grab him by the shirt. "Talk? Dear husband, I really need you in bed right now. It has been months..."
