Aegon Targaryen ~ 19 years later
"Please, spare your old man..." I whimper out. Another cloud of white powder covers my view. I cough for a few moments as it clears. "Really? Ahem, aren't we Targaryens not pale enough!" Valeria huffs. "Dad, you lost the bet! No complaining," she says sternly. I groan in frustration. "I definitely learned my lesson..." I mumble.
Valeria searches her make up table for something. She smiles as she finally found what she was looking for. Oh no... "Please, not that..." I plead. Valeria looks with a raised eyebrow at me. "I'll be good..." She smiles brightly. "That's a good father," she says with a smile. The torture continued for another half hour before someone walks in.
"Dear, I need your help..." Daenerys' words trail away as she sees me being tortured by our youngest daughter. Daenerys smirks as she crosses her arms to inspect me. Valeria in the meantime stands proudly next to me. Clearly pleased with her work.
"Aren't you pretty, Aegon! Excellent work, Valeria!" She compliments. "Dany, a little help please..." I plead to her. "Why? Should I do your hair..." she teased. "Daenerys! I have been here for hours! Help your husband!" Daenerys laughs and Valeria giggles.
"Oh very well. I hope you enjoyed yourself Valeria. I think it will be years before you get another chance," Daenerys says through her giggle. "Oh, I did mom." I quickly sprint to the water basin to clean everything of my face. "Hey! I worked for hours on your face!" Valeria protests. I let out a sigh of relief as I feel the water hit my face.
"I said you could put your torture instruments on my face, but I never said I will wear it for long," I countered. Valeria huffs. "Ugh, fine. You were so pretty though..." she sighed as she puts her make up away. "Come Dany, quickly. Before she ties me to a chair," I whisper as I walk out of the room with Daenerys, pushing her gently. Daenerys only laughs.
"You know better then to bet against her, love." I roll my eyes. "Yeah, I know that now. So, what did you want to discuss?" I ask. "The twins of course! Their marriage approaches!" She says excitedly. I run a hand through my hair. "Dany... I know we talked about this, but are you sure about this? They are siblings..."
"Those rules do not apply to us. You know what we are. Human laws have no affect on us. They love each other and I won't stand between true love, dear," she explains. A deep sighs leaves me. "Right... this family has done it for centuries..."
"Did our Lord Commander take care of the security and all that?" I ask. Daenerys nods. "Yes, Tyrys has been hard at work. I trust him to keep us safe," she says. "Good. What did you need me for?" I ask.
We have walked through several hallways towards a large open area. It has been made for the dragons. They have enough space to lay comfortable and a shelter has been build in case of uncomfortable weather. "Viserion has laid eggs, love. He won't let me approach, but you may be able. I was hoping to give two of them to the twins as a wedding gift," she says.
"I hope all these new dragons won't lead to a new Dance of the Dragons, Daenerys. You know what happened," I say. Daenerys nods as she answers. "I know, but the succession is written down to the finest detail. No discussion or war should be possible with that in place," she says. " I hope your right..."
In a nonthreatening manner I walk to Viserion. He is curled around a small number of eggs. His head moves to look straight at me. "Viserion, my friend..." I say in a friendly tone. A low rumble leaves Viserion. "It's just me. I will make sure they hatch. They will have wonderful riders. You know, Alyria and Felix. They are kind and good hearted. Worthy of your eggs, right?" Another rumble leaves Viserion as he lowers his head. Eyes still trained on me, but no threatening movement against me.
I calmly walk to the eggs, pick two up, and move back to Daenerys. Viserion keeps an constant eye on me and the eggs. When I feel far enough away, I let out a sigh of relief. "That's not something I want to do often..." I say through the sigh. "He trusts you. That is good. Come, we will put the eggs in our room near a fire. They should be kept warm," Daenerys says, her hand taking mine, as she take one egg in her other arm.
"I am glad you are able to endure the children, Alex. The males are outnumbered after all," she giggles. I groan softly. "Tell me about it... we have five children and for some reason only one of them is a boy! It is as if you and our daughters are transforming me into a woman..." Daenerys laughs as we enter The Red Keep again.
"Want to try for a boy again?" Daenerys teased. "Dany... five is enough right? I'd like to enjoy my old age too..." I say in a whisper. "With a new child?" Daenerys asks in a chuckle. "Dany, please, I just know it will be a daughter again. I can't handle more of these torture sessions with Valeria. I swear, she's acts just like you..."
"So, your twelve year old daughter has you wrapped around her finger?" Daenerys says with a chuckle. "Please leave some of my manhood intact... it's like you and our daughters are conspiring against me... wait, that is not true is it?!" I ask turning to look at Daenerys. She only smiles brightly looking ahead. "Dany! Years! You have been doing this for years?! Gods!"
"What's wrong, princess Aegon?" she whispers in my ear. The name used by Sera, the fourth born. She enjoyed calling me that. "Argh! Seriously, how have I been so blind!" I groan out. "You love them too much to see me and our daughters conspiring against you. I hope you enjoyed the makeup sessions and dress ups!" Daenerys says through her laugh. "Urgh, just make them stop doing this to me! Let me live my final years in manly peace..." I plead to her. Daenerys kisses my cheek. "Only if we get one more child..."
"Jezus fucking Christ, this was some plot to get one more child?! Dany...." Daenerys only smiles at me with a loving gaze in her eyes. "Fine! One more, but you do these torturing sessions if it is a girl!" Daenerys chuckles. "Sure... princess..."
"Daenerys!"
