MOTHER HEN
Working she is continually working
From dawn to dusk you can't see her unmoving
Mundane tasks to complex ones
She can even carry many tonsMy mother is an admirable dame
She can make your day bright and not lame
She watches over me and my children
She shoulders almost all and they she trainI thank you Papa God for my wonderful Mother
You created her as a blessing and not a bother
Though she is flawed she tries her very best
