RAISE YOUR HEAD
Raise your head and cheer up
Your life is a wonderland
It may be filled with thorns
But you can blow up all the horns
You don't have to be noisy
Of your successes and hurdles
Work silently and rewards you'll reap
Your efforts will be paid off in a heap
Raise your head and be proud
Of where you are now and what you've gone through
It built you to be stronger and wiser
More mature and a ton braver
You have to keep moving and hustling
Even if sometimes it takes a toll on you
But be healthy in all sense and aspects
Enjoy your labor as they the Lord inspects
Raise your head and choose to be noble
Strive for excellence in all that you do
Work not for man but for the Lord
Your fulfillment is your life's strong sword
You can be mediocre and still be happy
But opt to praise the Lord in what you do
Always seek Him first to give honor and glory
Overcome your dull past and unnecessary fury
Raise your head and always be mindful
The wisdom of living a meaningful life
Dedicated for service to Lord and man
Doing the best in all that you can
