PARTING
An event you are certainly unprepared for
An occasion that makes you sad and gore
It leaves you feeling alone and helpless
Bewildered and shocked into a mess
But even if how unfavorable it may be
It may at times bring happiness paradoxically
You can more focus on what is truly important
And teach you lessons to make you more pleasant
This event may also give you more time
On who to invest in and give your dime
You get to recognize who are worthy
To spend time with and confide fully
It may hurt but it will be only temporary
You'll soon smile and be happy genuinely
You'll soon overcome the censure of the crowd
Be single and yet still be very proud
So, lift your head and do not be afraid
Embrace this new travail without a word said
Of putting down yourself because you failed again
And now lying alone like a helpless victim
For in every relationship it takes three to make it work
You, him and the Lord's mighty bond in torque
So if one part has gone dormant, it will surely perish
Leaving you bereft with its uncanny flourish
Stop blaming yourself for what action he has done
Leaving you alone after begetting you son after son
Rejoice for another opportunity it has brought you
Bringing you closer to your more loving and eternal beau
