AS THE WIND BLOWS THE POLLEN
As the wind blows the pollen
The blues and yellows contrasting
Down the field, they have scattered
To their new place for growingParting ways from their anchor
Has put me in melancholy
Making me remember
The sad part of my memoryAs the wind blows the pollen
I close my eyes and see it again
The blues of the past
I don't know where to beginAll the colors have lost their polish
My heart is in anguish and torn
The flowers lost their fragrance
I wish I was never bornAs the wind blows the pollen
From the picture that I am seeing
It gives me a boost and a hope
My heart will not cease prayingIf not for the scent of the violets
If not for the yellow of this painting
How it makes the blue more vibrant
My soul would have stopped hopingAs the wind blows the pollen
The yellow can mix with the blue
Parting may have made me broken
But I can rise and be whole too15:36-15:44, Sunday, 092522
