WILL BE WORTH IT
The first leap version 2022 is an epic fail
But I will be doing it again and hoping
That is the preceding getting to know
I'll be pampered and not brought low
Doubts and dubious looks I am okay to get
Laughs and even looks of utter disbelief
I am decided not to wallow in defeat
I am claiming to match the heat!
Because loving someone is all about that
Risking, failing, not getting anything back
But since I have prayed about it fervently
I might also find a man to love me avidly
Giving up will never be an option here
Being careful will be the tattoo of the year
Risking in moderation will be my slogan
Leaping in scary grounds while having fun
So, as we have decided to do it legally
To put matters into the proper perspective
I am not staying on the losing side
For His commandment I'll abide
I have prayed and studied about this
May what my gleanings are You approved
May I'm doing things pleasing to Thy sight
As I find joy in love with all my might
