This chapter entertains me. I think it's one of the more interesting ones before the plot gets going. I hope you enjoy it :)
Oh and the song (by Justin Nozuka) is pretty good too, so feel free to enjoy the video.

Entry six:
Mr. Therapy Man. Thanks a lot Dexter. You've managed to trick me here with your cunning trickery. Would you like your trophy? :P
Yeah, so since you had to go to the bathroom anyway, and I'm in a Waiting room, I suppose it's only appropriate to put in an entry.
I don't know how you do it. You always manage to sneak up behind me and "nudge me in the right direction". Really, I think this journal was working just fine.*sigh*
I'm trying to block out Jamie's indignant arguments that he's not a jealous butt. I'm impressed actually Dex, you have managed to catch the attention of my introverted voice. And by introverted I mean he Completely ignores the outside world, but I've told you that before haven't I?
So to occupy the rest of my brain I'm listening to my iPod (relax, it won't ruin my hearing just yet), and writing to you in here. I know it might sound a little hectic and all, but honestly, all the chaos seems to help block everything out - so I'm sorry if I babble a little.
And of course here comes another Marny story. I can hear her clearing her throat...I wonder what'll happen if I try to write it down while she tells it, she might consider slowing it down. Okay, so here goes:
It was a dark and stormy night, and the young countess was sitting in her window wondering what would become of her life. Her father had died when she was five years old, and her mother had chosen to find her a new 'daddy' instead of mourning the loss of her husband. She was hanging on step-daddy number one's arm during the burial.
Luckily the property they lived on belonged to her mother's side and her uncle let them live in the estate when her mother was either currently single or her suitor did not have suitable accommodations of his own. This fact had always brought comfort to the young countess Vivian. No matter who was attempting to be her current "father" she always had her home to return to.
She spent her days embroidering and praying as any proper young lady of her time ought to, but she also enjoyed reading the books that had been forbidden to her (like the Kama sutra says Sadie while Marny chastises her and tells her to stop being preposterous.) She also quite enjoyed riding her uncle's horses while all the adults were off too busy to pay attention to her lonely self.
That all changed when surprisingly her mother had a little baby boy. Vivian was about fifteen at the time and having a new brother had been the last thing on her mind. She had been starting to notice that some of her temporary step-bothers and other young men in town had started giving her considering looks lately. She didn't mind though, for she knew from watching her mother that this was far from a bad thing.
However, it had always been the young stable-boy who had her laughing and feeling better on particularly rough days. They had known each other since childhood and were quite close. (No Sadie, we won't let you ruin this story, so hush up). The only problem was that even though her mother had given up and married men who were far below their family status, Vivian was still expected to marry a rich aristocrat. This meant that once they had started to become young adults (Puberty! Sadie manages to slip in), they had had to keep their relationship a secret.
At first this seemed exciting enough, but it was on this rainy night that Vivian realized the implications of the time they had been spending alone together; there was no doubt about it, she had started to fall in love with the hired help.
