Chapter 14

Hero

Her lips taste of home, of love and a safe place to take refuge.

I had missed this, missed her terribly, and as soon as her lips touch mine a chasm opens up inside my heart that engulfs me and shuts my brain down completely!

I wrap my hands around her hips as our mouths seek each other in a gentle, slow kiss, almost as if afraid it might end at any moment, interrupted for some reason.

I suck her lower lip and hear a moan of pleasure escape her, I know exactly what she likes!

"If we don't get out of here now..." I lean my forehead against hers "Really Jo, you're sending me to the loony bin! It's been too long since we've made love!"

"Have you anymore..." She takes a deep breath "Have you had sex since the last time we were together?"

"No! I couldn't do it with anyone else, not after being with you!"

"Not even with Melissa?" She's really convinced I like that girl, isn't she?

"No!" I smile "How about you?"

"Well..." She smiles "Let's say..."

For a moment I feel myself dying inside and I loosen my grip on her hips.
Did she make love to someone else?That wouldn't be such a far-fetched idea, but honestly I had never considered it and now I feel like a fool for not thinking of it!

"No! There's no one else!" She smiles and I take a deep breath, relieved at the idea that no one other than me has touched her.

"I was scared for a moment!!!" I burst out laughing, letting go of the tension.

She touches my lips and the fire I was trying to contain, flares up powerfully again.I approach the area where the water is lower with her still on my hips and gently rest her on my back, while there is practically very little water around us.I lower myself down and kiss her gently, getting just close enough to her for my erection to touch her sensitive spot.

"Okay..." I smile shaking her hand "You're my favourite torture!" I joke triggering a laugh, the thing I adore most of all.

She closes the door behind her and we go to the bathroom together to put away the wet clothes.I can't help but keep having dirty thoughts every second that passes and I wish she would tell me that she is ready, that she wants to make love to me even if she is afraid of what will happen when we are apart.I undress and I can't help but notice that she can't take her eyes off me either.

I look at her without saying anything, as if to let her know that the truth is clear at this point.

"Anyway we won't make love if you still feel that way! Let's go to bed and cuddle, shall we?"

"Naked?" she asks sceptically.

"I literally have nothing to wear..." I point out to her. "I'll wrap myself around the sheets, if you're worried about me jumping on you and then even if I wanted to, I don't have condoms on me..."

She seems to reflect on this for a moment and remains silent."Although there are many things I could do to you, without necessarily making love..." I point out, just for information as she bursts out laughing.

She pulls away for a moment and bends down to remove my boxers, leaving my now painful erection in plain sight.

"Sounds like a great idea! I'll do the same thing with Felix!"

"You're too loud!" I tease her.

"Done!" I put my phone away and turn back to her who does the same thing.

"So no one will disturb us for a while..." I kiss her hair again as she settles down next to me.I pull up the sheets and wrap them both up as sleep sets in at this point.

"Goodnight Jo..." I whisper turning off the light.

"Goodnight Hero..." She whispers hugging me tightly.
