I have been preparing this gift for weeks, as soon as I saw it I thought of her and, since we will be exchanging gifts at the official end of the shoot, it seems perfect.

It's a very simple necklace, actually two.
Two simple necklaces with a special pendant: the stone of our zodiac sign.
I plan to give her the scorpion stone and keep the lion stone for myself.
On the back are engraved our names 'H&J' so she can figuratively take me with her when, due to greater forces, we are away.

I bought them and had them personalised before I left for Sofia, when the idea of a plane ticket to LA and thus the possibility of going home with her had not yet occurred to me.
Also because, given the pandemic, it was not possible to buy a ticket to the US, with the borders closed.

I turn the small box with the gift over in my hands and place it in the matching bag. I hope she will like it. She is crazy about personalised things.

I smile at the memory of when she told me she bought as a 'mock goodbye present', her exact words, something that will remind me of her wherever I go.

A pair of her panties?
They would be perfect!

I sigh, laughing to myself at this really stupid thought.
I have no idea what she could have given me. She has two thousand ideas that surprise me every time.

I look at my watch. It is 3 p.m. and by now she and the other girls should be almost at the hotel.
They took advantage of the day off to have a girls' outing, while we boys played Fifa here in the common areas.

Chance grumbled all morning that he wanted to go out too but they wouldn't take him, claiming it was a girls-only outing.
Needless to say, to annoy him, they sent him an avalanche of photos showing the girls hanging out in Sofia having fun.
At one point they actually made a collage of their photos by inserting one of Chance in each one.
He was amused and annoyed at the same time, while we had several laughs.

Jo was breathtakingly beautiful in every photo, even the ones where they were making funny faces.
I am really smitten with this girl!

The door to our room opens and Jo rushes in, closing it behind her.
I watch her questioningly as she strips off the several layers of clothes she had put on, given the cold weather of the last few days, before literally throwing herself onto the bed where I am.

She bursts out laughing with me as she hugs me tightly.
"Hey, babe. What's up?" I whisper to her, returning the hug.

"Is it pathetic if I confess that I missed you like... crazy?" Her voice comes muffled as she speaks with her mouth on my shoulder.
I giggle and hear her do the same.

"No, not at all! I missed you too!"

"You do? I've only been gone a few hours!" She complains, more to herself than to me.
"Can you imagine? After a few hours I'm so..." She shakes her head.

"That's normal!" I whisper, moving a strand of hair from her face. "It's the same for me."

She looks at me intensely "Really?"

I nod, smiling "What did you think?"

"Well I thought... Nothing, I was thinking something stupid, obviously!"

When she looks at me like that I no longer understand anything.I draw her to me and kiss her.
I am hungry for her.
It's amazing how much she sends me into a tizzy every time I look at her.

"What are you thinking?" Her hands encircle my hips and she is forced to lift her entire head to meet my gaze.

I also love that there is so much difference in height between us.
She is so tiny in my arms and at the same time a force of nature.
