A few days earlier...

"I know, let's text if that's best in your opinion..." I exclaim talking to Mia on the phone as I pack my suitcase for Canada.

"Yeah, if we don't want Jo to find out everything... she'd cut my head off, I swear!" she laughs amused.

"OK, but please... let me know how she's doing! We're out of touch and I'm in danger of going crazy!"

"Don't worry, I'll keep you posted... When are you going to Canada?"

"I have a plane in two days..."

"Okay..." She sighs

"Do you still think it's a stupid idea to come to you when I'm done filming?"

"Yes, definitely... she's still very confused! You'd make her run away even more... Look what she did when your friends came here!"

Luckily Mia is keeping me update!
We couldn't find out where she spent the night, that time Alex and the other guys went to their house, but according to Mia it was definitely a friend.
Her theory is that she has a crush on me, she just doesn't want to admit it for fear of getting hurt in case things don't work out between us...
I'll have to change her mind somehow...

"Filming for After will start in 2 months I think... they haven't told me the official date..."

"Hang in there Hero..." she sighs.

"Two months is a long time Mia..." I point out to her.

"I know, I'll try to find a solution... for now it's difficult! Jo is in disarray..."

I also sigh bringing a hand through my hair.
There must be a way to meet her before I leave for Bulgaria.
Two months without her and I'll go crazy.
Especially the fact that she doesn't want to talk to me at all.

"I'll talk to you soon, okay?" she asks hopefully.

"OK... thanks again Mia!"
I end the call and go back to lie down on the bed.

It's already evening here in London and I don't even feel like going out with the guys...
They came back to London last night and have already asked me to meet them to spend an evening together.

My mood is below my feet, I feel awful.
Days without Josephine are empty, I always seem to be missing something...
I'd like to talk to her, tell her about my days and hear what she's doing in LA, instead I'm forced to call her best friend all the time, just to find out if she's okat.

Mia is worried, Jo is weird and speaks little.
She has now started filming for Moxie and is, in her own words, 'strangely happy'.
She is often out, even after work, and talks about her new colleagues with enthusiasm.
Far too much so when you consider that her colleagues include Patrick Schwarzenegger...
Am I jealous? Oh yes... you bet I am!Apparently he's been trying to date Jo since the moment they met and it makes my blood boil. 

I am miles away and we are not even together anymore.
I spend my days trying to distract myself, chatting with friends or auditioning for various films.
I'm doing everything I can not to think about her 24 hours a day but it's hard and I have to say I'm succeeding badly.

"Hey man... are you ready to go out?" Felix comes out of the bathroom with a towel around his waist and with another he tries to dry his hair.

"I don't know..." I sigh throwing myself onto the couch "I'm not really in the party mood..."

"You can't stay here in the house and mope around though..."

I can't? I could... But I don't know how much good it would actually do me...
