A bitter heart that beats inside,
I wish that I'd seen it before,
Those weak drunken hearts that lay outside.
Beyond the lies and behind the tears
Broken souls that lay undone.
What if there was a way out?
Let us be alone together,
Let us suffer in this world of little consequence,
Let us free the lights
That shreds of our hearts have left.
A million slowly dying sunsets,
None but a million breaking hearts.
Bandages over bandages,
Will never suffice,
If the blood still leaks from these wounds.
Let's break.
Let's bleed.
Let's suffer.
Let's drown.
Together.
