They say that actions hurt in the physical

And they say that words harm on the inside.

But sometimes actions can gift you with kindness,

From a simple present to a warm hug in the arms.

But also words can offer you with tenderness,

From thank yous to immeasurable goodness.

What if I cannot see who is behind those caring words?

What if I can only read and hear, only to never see the speaker?

Prejudice will only ever be based on status and appearance,

But what if this was impossible? Is there a world in which I can only hear?

If they give me all they can,

In the anonymity that hides them.

Then let me thank them, and give them all of me in return

For their generous hearts.

Thank you for staying true to you,

From the invisible writer in the dark.

All right. This is by far the most random poem to have ever been written on this planet, yet I feel the need to share it with you guys. Sometimes things just don't make sense, and yet there is this hidden beauty in the fact that it's all a mess, that it makes no sense whatsoever. This is what this poem is to me.

Anyway, this poem is dedicated to the wonderful and extremely kind

A huge thank you to them for supporting me so much on almost every single one of my poems and being the amazing person they are. From the bottom of my heart, thank you <3
