"Seokjin, what am I to you?" Taehyung positioned himself to lean against the kitchen counter as he asked his question, with his gaze firmly locked on his Omega.

"You are my husband," Jin answered, even though he could not comprehend the motivation behind Taehyung's question.

Taehyung did not get the answer he had hoped for, but he decided not to make it any more challenging after realizing that his Omega had difficulty with the fundamental understanding of the things he was supposed to know, which irritated him.

"As your husband, shouldn't we have already discussed your planned vacation? Did I not make it apparent that I need to be aware of everything you do?"

Jin responded to Taehyung's questions by nodding his head and saying, "indeed, you did, and that is why I am telling you about it now. This is a trip that my friend and I go on together at least once a year. It's just going to be for the weekend."

Taehyung suppressed his emotions and closed his eyes, realizing that he had been doomed to a miserable life. He regretted not choosing an Omega before Jin was allowed to choose him as an Alpha. He deeply regretted his decision. If he had any inkling that Jin would have picked him, he would have sought out an Omega and mated with them. Being the Alpha to an Omega who defied his rules went against their social norms, and thought he could do anything he wanted regardless of the consequences was not something that he was ever going to be okay with.

"I didn't invite you because this is something that only my friend and I do together, and he is not yet mated with anybody; thus, I didn't want him to feel uncomfortable with having you around and all over me. That is why I didn't invite you. Because of my status, other people are often envious of me, and now since you are at my side, I am certain that their feelings of envy must have intensified.

My friend is really special because he really likes me as a person and not because I am a prince. When I was younger, he also helped me with my schoolwork, and as a result, I was able to achieve a significant amount of success academically. My father was under the impression that I was smarter than my brothers, but it was the other way around at the time, but not anymore; of course, now I am smarter.

My plan was to introduce my friend to Jungkook since I believed he would make a fantastic Alpha for my friend. However, Jungkook ended up being mated while he was gone, so now I need to find a new Alpha for my friend. Do you have any connections to other people? I have a photo of him that I can share with you; I don't think he's as handsome as I am, but he is handsome."

As soon as Taehyung heard Jin's comments, he instantly stood straight and questioned, "Jungkook is mated?"

Jin nodded and said, "I believe I told you this. I didn't?" Jin questioned; he was sure he had mentioned it to Taehyung. He continued with a shrug of his shoulders, "please keep quiet about Jungkook's mating status. He is keeping it a secret from his parents. He also has a baby. So adorable too. However, concerning my other friend, I wondered if you have an Alpha for him. However, I don't believe you have any friends other than my father and my brother, so it's possible that you don't, right?"

"You never informed me that he had a partner. We will have a more in-depth conversation about your trip after dinner. Once I have a better knowledge of the trip's objective, the activities you have planned, the location of your accommodation, and the times that you will leave and arrive at your destination and back, I will decide whether or not I am comfortable with you traveling.

Jin frowned, "why do you need to know all of that? It's only a weekend trip and-"

"As I said before, we will talk about this after dinner. I do not want to continue to be informed about it until that time." Taehyung gave an authoritative response to make his point clear to his Omega.
