"Seokjin, I really don't think this is a good idea," Yoongi expressed concern as he supported Jin, whose weakened state made it a struggle for him to walk unaided. Yoongi couldn't shake off the worry about the harm Jin might be causing to himself by pushing beyond his physical limits.
Already finding it difficult to catch his breath, Jin came to a halt and leaned against the nearest wall to steady himself. He looked at Yoongi, allowing him to catch his breath and gather his thoughts. "If it were Namjoon in this situation, would you be able to stay in bed, knowing that something is wrong with him?"
Jin didn't need any words; Yoongi's silence said it all. "I guess I didn't think that was the case. Taehyung," Jin said, taking a deep breath and placing his hand on his belly, "means more to me than anyone else. He's the Alpha I've always dreamed of. I can let go of everything and everyone, but it's a different story when it comes to him. I'm pretty sure he's not giving up on me either."
"I understand your stance, Jin, but considering your pregnancy, you should focus on your well-being and the baby's health. Taehyung, being an Alpha, would likely want the same.
Also, from how it looks, Taehyung was not thinking rationally, and his behavior is impacting both you and..."
"I am not listening to this. I know what I feel! He is my Alpha! I know him." Jin shouted, summoning every ounce of strength to propel himself forward, pushing away from the wall to resume walking.
"Jin, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to upset you. Today has been overwhelming and..."
"Leave me alone! I don't want to hear anything. You are no help."

Taehyung slumped against the wall, his body a canvas of bruises and blood flowing down from the ruthless blows inflicted by the guards under Sunja's orders.
He was stripped of all his strength, now consumed by an overwhelming discomfort. The haunting memories of his parents, particularly the final words written by his mother, now tormented his very soul. He was consumed in misery, teetering on the edge of surrender, yet the mere thought of his Omega anchored him, preventing him from succumbing to the darkness. His mental struggles brought forth tears of anger.
He felt frustrated and angry for having trapped himself in the very existence he should have escaped from. He wrestled with overwhelming guilt and confusion. While the loss of his mother weighed heavily on his heart, the prospect of losing his Omega was equally agonizing.
This was why he had returned to the kingdom and willingly endured the hell he faced.  He could see the dark, evil, wickedness within the royal family, particularly Seokjin's parents. And once his anger had subsided, he couldn't shake the haunting thought of what might become of his child if he had chosen never to return. The thought of an empty life without his Omega and the ongoing suffering they would both endure weighed heavily on him.
He was still heavily torn between his desire for vengeance and the words of his mother, who urged him not to hold Seokjin accountable for anything. These conflicting emotions stemmed from his inability to tolerate the presence of the King and Queen, combined with his reluctance to let go of the only family he had left.
As Taehyung was consumed by his tormenting thoughts and the pain of his open wounds, he caught a glimpse of the King furiously berating the guards who had been assigned to carry out his punishment. The absurdity of it all struck him as deeply ironic.
Even though he appeared indifferent on the surface, deep down, he understood that the King held nothing but malice in his heart for him. His act of indifference was nothing more than a mask, a fragile effort to protect himself from Seokjin hating him.
