"Why won't this stop?" As Jin crammed his body against the strong cabinet in the bathroom, he groaned, showing his discomfort. He was sitting on the cool, tiled floor next to the toilet. He felt exhausted and weak after vomiting.

Taehyung knelt in front of Jin and carefully wiped his lips with a warm towel. He did this while using the greatest care. After checking that Jin's mouth was clean, he extended his hand and helped him to get up from where he was sitting. "According to the doctor, as you progress into the second trimester of your pregnancy, the chances of it stopping will increase. So maybe we will have to wait until then."

Jin's face twisted into a deep frown, his brows furrowing with concern. Seeking solace in Taehyung's presence, he leaned against his sturdy frame. "I don't like that this happens so much, though. I don't think Jimin or Yoongi had this happen to them. Why is this happening to me? I feel frustrated and envious when I think of how others enjoyed a normal pregnancy experience I longed for, but I don't get the same."

"Seokjin, you shouldn't be too worried by this. Nausea and vomiting in the morning are normal with most pregnancies. I have done some research on it, and I have discussed it with Jimin, who said that he had encountered something similar. Also, he said that things get better with time. Therefore, you need to calm down and stop worrying so much." In a gentle and affectionate gesture, Taehyung pressed his lips softly against Jin's forehead, leaving a tender kiss. He then enveloped Jin in a comforting embrace, radiating warmth and care.

When he felt Jin reciprocate his embrace, he couldn't help but take a deep breath, savoring the intoxicating aroma that enveloped him. With closed eyes, he fully surrendered to the tranquility that washed over him, cherishing every second of this serene embrace.

Life had presented its fair share of difficulties for them, as Jin's pregnancy brought about a new set of challenges. However, amidst these trials, Taehyung discovered an unexpected side of himself. He found himself becoming increasingly possessive of his Omega, feeling a deep-rooted need to nurture and safeguard their growing family.

Feeling assured of his Alpha status and convinced of his extensive knowledge, he suddenly came face-to-face with a surprising revelation. The transformation of his Alpha senses had exceeded his expectations, resulting in a significant change in his purpose. The transformation became especially noticeable as the scent of his pregnant Omega grew increasingly potent.

Seokjin's unexpected pregnancy had forged a deeper connection between them, leaving him with a sense of unfamiliarity. Despite the lack of other changes in their relationship, this newly formed connection appeared beyond explanation.

Taehyung, despite being in his early thirties and having lived longer than Seokjin, realized that there was still much for him to learn about their species and the complexities of their relationship. It wasn't just his Omega who had a lot to learn.

As a result, it inspired him to face challenges with a more gracious attitude rather than approaching everything with a forceful mentality and attempting to steer things in a specific direction. He became aware that persistently insisting on leading with Seokjin would not lead them anywhere, and he couldn't afford to be selfish. After all, their soon-to-be newborn would be looking to them as a source of guidance.

"Why don't you get yourself cleaned up, and I'll go back to continuing to prepare breakfast?" Taehyung gently pulled away and tenderly cupped Jin's face, locking eyes with him as he awaited a response.

Jin nodded and smiled, saying, "Okay. Could you please ensure that you include the side dishes that Yoongi sent to me? I prefer the kimchi he prepared over the one the kitchen brought yesterday."

"Sure, I will do that," Taehyung said before he walked out of the bathroom, leaving Jin to get himself cleaned up.

He consciously chose to withhold the fact from his Omega that the kimchi he had received, which the same chef had prepared, was identical to the one sent by Yoongi. He was already aware that either Jin's mind or his hormones were influencing him to believe that there was a difference in taste between the kimchi brought directly from the kitchen and the one delivered by Yoongi.
