"Oh my god what happened to him?" I panicked as I kneeled down next to him.
He started coughing up blood and holding his stomach and I see a hole in his lower abdomen.
"Oh fuck.. Rowan call the poli-" I was cut off by a low sob that came.
"I got it Amore they're on the one now" He grabs me and pulls me into a shirt hug before quickly jumping up and running up the steps.
"Nova?!" He shouts.
Oh my god.
"They took her..." Malik coughs up with tears running down his face.
"Who took her?" Rowan questions.
"L- Leonardo" Malik starts to cry loudly.
I look back at Rowan to see him furiously typing on his phone, just then the police and paramedics where rushing into the house.
"Someone get the stretcher in here!" One of them yelled.
"Excuse me ma'am we need you to move so we can check him out and get him on the stretcher" one of the medics says to me while giving me a sympathetic look.
Sighing I stand up and watch them do lots of medical shit to him before putting him on the stretcher.
"Want me to drive you there or are you gonna ride with them?" Rowan asks as he comes up next to me before hugging me tightly.
"I'll ride with them, are you coming to the hospital later on?" I ask while wiping my eyes and hugging him back.
"Yes of course but first I'm gonna head over to my seconda casa so I can figure out where Nova is okay?" He says softly. (Second house)
"Okay, please find her Owen" I sniffle while burying my face into his chest and squeezing him tighter.
"I will Alheri I promise you that"
Later that day (6:47 P.M the Hospital)
I got information back 2 hours ago that Malik was going to be okay but he has severe Spine damage And he may need therapy, He may not be able to walk again but without proper help he'll be okay, I hope.
Here I am sitting next to my little brother While he's laying in a hospital bed and my sister is god knows where.
I cannot believe Leonardo did some bull shit like this, how could he? Kidnap a child and hurt his only Bestfriend? God I swear it be the closet ones to you.
"Alheri?" A hoarse voice questions.
"Oh my- Nurse!" I yell while standing up beside Malik.
"It's fine Al, I'm fine I just need a little water" he chuckles dryly.
"Okay got it" rushing off to the hallway I stop at one of those water machine thingy and grab the little cone cup pouring water into it.
Rushing back into the room the nurse is checking Malik's vitals While he is smiling at her and having a small conversation.
"Here you go mal" I say as I hand him the cup.
"Thank you Al"
Knock knock.
Looking towards the door I see Rowan peeking his head in when I fully comes in I see he has a bouquet of roses and a bear that says "get well soon Mal" on a read heart.
"Aw aren't you so nice Owen? There's no camera in here right?" Malik jokes as Rowan sets the items on the nearby table.
"Ha ha very funny Mal, trust me I wouldn't want to know what goes on in your room but your older sister on the other hand.." he says while smiling.
Flipping him off I turn back to Malik as the nurse leaves.
"You sure you okay mal? You don't want food? A soft blanket? Nothing?" I question.
"No Al im fine I promise maybe some rest but other than that I feel great.. besides my legs they feel like shit but you know" he laughs.
"That's not funny Mal if your weren't in this hospital bed going through this pain I'd hurt you" I say pointing while my finger at him.
He just smirks at me before turning his attention to the small box Tv.
Going over and Sitting next to Rowan I place my hand on top of his and lean my head on his shoulder letting out a small sigh.
"I know where she is.."
Jumping up I stare at him wanting him to continue.
"She's In Russia Al.."
"Wha-"
"Who's in Russia?" Malik cuts me off.
