Tim sighed as he sat up in bed, running a hand through his hair as he looked around at his bland bedroom here at the mountain. It wasn't that he hated being on the team sometimes he loved it, he liked being around people his own age, he liked being able to take a break and just to be a kid. But other times he hated it and wanted to quit, he hated being treated like a kid, hated that Artemis had to have an opinion on everything that didn't really concern her. He hated that he had to keep so many secrets but worst of all he hated being away from his family, he had barely seen his older brothers who had been busy being sent off on mission picking up the slack from his absence. And the few times that he had see them over the last few months they looked exhausted. He knew that they where happy with whatever decision he made, that they would be there for him regardless of what he chooses. He just needs to make a decision.

Maybe he should speak to Dick the next time he saw him and hope that the older bird had some advice that will help but in all honesty they where so out of synch lately that he had no idea what the others schedule even looked like anymore and that meant he had no idea when they would even be in the same room again. Tim shook his head trying to dispel the depressing thoughts as he stood up as he began to get changed into hoody and sweatpants along with his sunglasses before heading towards the kitchen. He sighed again as he stepped into the already lit kitchen only to freeze in the doorway, right in front of him sitting at the table where to people he recognised like the back of his own hand. Both of them were hunched over the island one eating cereal and the other smoking a cigarette flicking ash onto the floor before passing it over to the other who stretched his hand as he pushed the bowl away.

Tim grimaced, now just realising how much stress his older brother was under. Dick rarely smoked and hated that their brother did but despite his protests Dick couldn't help but enjoy what he considered to be a nasty habit when he was beyond stressed. "What are you two doing here?" he asked stepping further into the kitchen. "We where out on a mission in one of the neighbouring cities and where using the zeta tubes to travel around but something is stopping us from getting back to the cave so we decided to come here because It was day light had come and Gotham would be awake and we didn't have a change of clothes. We could have gone to the watch tower, but Wing said he wanted to come see you" Jason answered while taking back the Cigarette "Plus wanted to see what happened to this place I haven't been here since I was 8" Dick added looking up from where he was tracing the lines on the table with a strained smile.

Tim silently studied his brothers face before looking over at Jason with a concerned look who was also looking at him. Dick looked tired and pale, dark purple bruises under his eyes and a long cut over his sharp cheek bone. Jason snorted "Do you think you can break into the other rooms, the ones belonging to supes and all that?" Dick nodded taking the newly lit cigarette "Probably, my room should also still be here" Tim who had been watching his brother cut in "Yeah they are, apparently the others tried to break in when they first came here but had no luck" Jason snorted "idiots the lot of them" Tim wanted to disagree, but he couldn't find it in himself to do so because his brother was right. "Have you tried?" Jason asked. Tim shook his head "Nah, didn't see the point there unlikely to be anything in there of interest though I hide in yours wing when I need a break"

Dick looked at him with a raised eyebrow causing Tim to sigh "the team they don't always understand boundaries and don't leave me alone and your room seems to be the only one that they can't find me in" Jason frowned "Dickhead, have you tampered with your walls?" he asked causing the older man to blush "I may of" Jason laughed but didn't ask anymore questions. "I'm going to find something to change into" Dick said stubbing out the cigarette "We have a community cloths thing near the hanger" Tim said, Dick waved his hand "Nah it's okay, come on jay" he said as he turned around. "See you in a bit replacement" Jason said following him.

Tim waited until they where out of sight before he began cleaning up the kitchen and making coffee and tea for the three of them. Sadly the team began to wake up before his brothers returned.
