With time and coping Felix slowly was feeling better after the passing of Lia, his other coworkers and friends too. There were some days he would feel sad and depressed again, so Chan made sure to be extra attentive to the hybrid.

"Kitten?"

A week went by and Felix would be back to work in a few days, so he was enjoying the time off to mentally recover.

It was the weekend again, Chan was doing some computer stuff for the morning and then came looking for Felix who was staying in their room.

"Kitten! There you are-
Wait...what are you doing?" Chan asked walking in, he was expecting to see Felix in bed napping or something. But instead the boy was on the floor packing his duffel bag.

As soon as he saw that he felt some worry and anxiety in his chest.

*meow*

"Oh, hi Channie!"

"Baby what are you doing...?? Why are you packing that?" Chan inched closer to see Felix zip it up.

"Oh Yuyu invited me over for a sleepover at her place Channie! She said she made a lot of sushi to cheer me up after Lia died...so I'm going to see her soon! I was about to tell you when I finished packing!" Felix smiled standing up, Chan sighed a bit looking at the bag.

"Kitten you know you still have to check with me before you agree to certain things. I was coming to ask if you wanted us to finally have our own overnight date at the hotel this evening...I guess it's postponed again..." Chan muttered with disappointment looking away, Felix gave a sad meow inching closer because he indeed forget he needs to check with Chan first about things.

"Channie I'm sorry...please don't be angry...I haven't seen Yuyu in a long time...and she wants to help me feel happy and play with me...I'm sorry I forgot to ask Channie..." Felix cupped Chan's face kissing him, the older let out another small sigh kissing him back.

"I'm not angry kitten...I just wanted our special night tonight...but I understand she wants to help you after What has happened. It's ok, don't feel bad. You can go have your sleepover with her. We'll have our overnight date next week...but I'll miss you tonight..." Chan smiled some hugging his waist, Felix purred kissing him again.

"Thank you Channie! And I promise next week we will! We'll have lots of fun!" Felix giggled twirling his tail.

"Mmm as long as my kitty keeps his promise~" Chan teased back.

*meow*

Within the next few hours Chan started to make his late lunch, and by then Felix got himself ready to leave.

"Channie! I'm going!"

"Hm?" Chan was in the kitchen, he heard Felix meow his name then padding to their door with his bag.

"Already? Kitten hold on!" Chan called for him, he made his way to the boy seeing Felix slip on his shoes and things.

"Yes Channie? I'll be good and text you when I get there!" Felix meowed with a smile, Chan nodded inching closer reaching for his hands.

"Oh...ok...well, I hope you have fun. I'll miss you tonight..." Chan tried to smile with big puppy eyes, Felix purred seeing the older already clingy again.

"Channie~
I'll miss you too! You have to be a good wolfy on your own!" Felix giggled cupping his face to kiss him, Chan kissed him back but whined some.

"But I want kitten still..." Chan pouted against his lips slipping his arms around Felix's waist, the hybrid kept giggling giving Chan many kisses.

*meow*

"Channie you'll have me tomorrow! I have to go...the Taxi is waiting for me...I love Channie the most" Felix purred kissing Chan once more. Chan sighed with a nod and pout still.

"Yes kitty princess...I love you too..." Chan tried to smile some.

"Bye Channie! Be a good wolfy!" Felix kissed his cheek patting Chan's head, he reached for his bag ready to go.

"Bye sweetheart..." Chan sighed seeing him leave.

*meow*

He heard Felix's last meow then the door close, now silence of the penthouse.

"Well...a Saturday alone..." Chan sighed louder going back to the kitchen.

Still would rather have my hybrid with me...
