After Chan's presentation he took the younger to lunch with him, it was raining but they found a nice restaurant to eat at before his next meeting.

Around 4pm him and Felix arrived to the lab corp building, waiting for Hitomi and a few other doctors from other companies too.

"Hi again Chan! Felix! Hi cute kitty!" She giggled petting his head.

*meow*

"Hitomi!" Felix hugged her purring loudly.

"Awww you're so cute!" She giggled hugging him back, Chan laughed at their cute interaction.

"Hey Hitomi! You almost ready? It's our first time meeting this stakeholder" Chan asked her.

"Yes I am!"

*meow*

Soon enough it was almost time for the meeting, Chan, Hitomi, and a few other doctors were making their way to a large meeting room. Some of them already entered, but Felix stopped Chan right outside.

"Kitten?"

"Um...is it ok...for me to join Channie? It's seems really important..." Felix asked shyly, Chan smiled holding his hand and kissing his lips.

"Baby it's more than ok, you're my lucky kitty. Remember? Bring me more good luck for this meeting~" Chan winked, Felix purred with a smile.

"Ok Channie! I'm your lucky kitty!"

"Mmhmm, let's go kitty cat~"

*meow*

Chan pulled the boy in with him to the room, taking a seat next to Hitomi. Felix sat next to him holding onto his arm purring loudly.

*meow*

He rubbed his face on his arm sniffing his scent, Chan giggled petting his head.

"Good kitty, the meeting shouldn't be too long-"

"Hello everyone" suddenly an older man came in with two other people, assuming it was his Assistants.

The doctors all around greeted and said hello, the stakeholder took a seat at the head of the table opening a folder with papers. He had a plain attitude, nothing too happy at all.

"Let's start this meeting. I'm here to discuss the new approved drug from Freezing pharmaceuticals. As briefed already before this meeting, the drug is already being made and will be ready for distribution at your practices. All is needed is approval from you all and the rest of the board" he sighed showing the screen on the wall, the assistants clicked through the slideshow as the doctors looked.

Felix quietly paid attention too.

While doing so, many doctors asked a few questions. The stakeholder answered them professionally, but when it was Hitomi who asked a question...

"Excuse me sir, but this drug doesn't seem effective as the previous one...and I don't think our patients would like to pay more for something not as-"

"Ms. Honda please ask important questions" the stakeholder rudely said to her, everyone and Felix was surprised by the man's rude tone.

She was quiet for a moment then spoke up again.

"Sir...that is an important question. I understand pharmaceuticals is looking to push this through for money but I care more about the patients and-"

"Does anyone else have other questions? Anyone?" The man very rudely cut her off and ignored her, even Chan was still in disbelief not liking that.

The fuck is this guy's problem?
