I wasn't exactly sure how I felt, I damn sure wasn't happy.... but I wasn't sad either. Sure Ondrej was my big brother and I loved that nigga, but he had made it perfectly clear that he had no love for me and hated everything about the fact that I was gay. I guess the right word for what I was feeling was numb, like my true feelings hadn't hit me yet, and once I figured out how I really felt I'd grieve properly. Kendu tried cheering me up but I wasn't sad... Cody kept watching and waiting as if I were about to have a meltdown but I was coo... I really was, I know it sounds unbelievable but it is what it is. Anthony had gone back to work and I wasn't due back until tomorrow but Legend told me to take as much time as I needed, losing a brother and my girl within a short period of time... it was hard on my daughters, because even though me and Ondrej weren't on the best of terms that was still their uncle and they loved him. I think that's where my I was conflicted, I didn't feel any type of way but I hated seeing my daughters hurt... even if they were too young to fully understand, they knew something bad had happened. Thankfully Oziah was here, he had taken them to get some ice cream while I figured things out with my boys.

"Personally, I would be dancing on that nigga's grave and then two step my way over to Destiny's grave and dance on her grave as well.... Karma hit them hard as fuck but that's what they get for fuckin behind your back." Kendu said and I turned to him so quickly that my neck cracked. "What you didn't know? Come on O' you can't be that stupid..... here look." Kendu said pulling out his phone and pulling up a video.

"What the fuck?" I asked feeling like I was about to crush Kendu's phone in my hand as I watched a Pornhub video titled 'Fuckin My Brother's Girl'. While their faces were covered I recognized Ondrej's tats and I definitely recognized Destiny's ass.... I tossed the phone away and tried to control my anger because Kendu's suggestion was sounding extremely appealing.

"Damn, I thought you knew and that played a factor in your leaving Destiny...." Kendu said sadly. "My bad bro...." He apologized but I was already pissed.

"Ayy.... remember what we talked about, you get to pick your family... That video just serves as a reminder that the people that share your blood aren't your family, it's the people in this room that have your back, who support and love you." Cody said and I nodded, but I still wanted to beat someone's ass but the two people at the top of my list were both buried six feet under.

"I feel it and you're right.... but I need a fuckin drink and I would appreciate it if we could change the subject." I said and they looked at each other, I could tell they were still concerned about me but I was done with the topic, at least for now. "Kendu, where's Peanut?" I asked.

"In Phoenix, you know we were going through the surrogate process and there were some complications.... don't worry everything is fine but Peanut wanted to be there for the surrogate and I would've gone with him but I had some business to handle here." Kendu said. "Everybody is taking a vacation but me.... I need a vacation, I was thinking about setting up a little cabin trip... HOPEFULLY, my boys will be able to come with me... I'm aiming for the end of August." Kendu said.

"Umm.... I just got back from vacation and I highly doubt that my boss will let me take another one." Cody said and since Legend was my boss, I'm sure he wouldn't mind but I really didn't want to leave my girls again.

"I gotta agree with Cody, as fun as that would be... I can't keep leaving my girls." I said and Kendu rolled his eyes. "Nigga you'll see once your kid gets here that vacations are hard to take; I don't have my parents and I really don't want to leave them with Destiny's family... they're even worse than mine." I said.

"Well, we gotta do something towards the end of August... I need the vacation. We still got a little under two months to plan it out, I'm paying for everything just give me some time to work everything out because y'all are definitely coming....." Kendu said and it sounded like he wasn't asking. "So Cody, what's the theme for Legend's party? Yet another event I'm excited for." Kendu asked and I looked at Cody because I couldn't wait for that either, given the way they were talking about it at the villa.
