First and Last

Chapter 21

Love is in the air. Pakiramdam ko ay para akong nasa alapaap. Well, Arrow became sweeter compare before madalas nga lang ay nang-aasar. 

Hindi ko pa sinasabi kila Abuela at Lolo na boyfriend ko na siya but I am planning to tell them. But I didn’t know when. I just want to savor the moment. 

I am the right age that’s why this isn’t the problem for now. Arrow and his friends is on a vacation after their successful concert. Time to relax. Time to unwind.

“Smile!” Arrow said while he’s busy taking a picture of me. We are on the Sunflower Garden. He insisted that we should have a date as what other couples do. It’s nearly a lunch when we arrived here on Sunflower Garden. We ate at exclusive restaurant a while ago.

I smiled. Tinignan ko ang kuhang litrato niya at kapagkuwan ay siya naman ang inayang magpicture. He only took a picture of me since earlier but I never saw him taking a picture of himself. 

“Ikaw naman.” Turo ko sa pwesto ko kanina.

Medyo mahangin sa lugar pero hindi ito naging problema sa akin o sa suot kong damit. I simply wore a fitted baby blue skirt na umaabot sa itaas ng tuhod ko. Pinaresan ko na lamang ng white fitted shirt at shoulder bag. Iniladlad ko na lamang ang abot beywang na buhok at nilagyang ng pulang ribbon sa likod habang ang ilang hibla ay hinayaan kong maiwan sa magkabilang gilid ng aking mukha. Sa paa ko ay ang kulay puting sandals.

‘Nah.” Arrow said. Kumunot ang noo ko sa kanya. Bakit ayaw niyang magpapicture? Ang ganda-ganda ng view ehh. “Madami na akong picture. Isa pa, I love taking picture of my baby.” Pambobola niya.

Sa huli ay napilit ko din siya. Kaunti lamang ang mga nakasabayan naming turista. Ang ilan dito ay napapicture kay Arrow na masaya namang pinagbigyan ng huli. I also said “Hello” on them na nakangiti din nilang ibinalik sa akin.

The date was full of fun. Hinila agad kami ng antok pagkadating sa bahay kaya naman kinabukasan ay medyo late na rin akong nagising. Naabutan ko na lamang si Arrow na nasa harap ng kanyang laptop habang sumisimsim ng tinimpla niyang juice. 

“Good morning.” Bati niya ng malingunan ako sa hagdan. He smiled and I smiled too. 

Dumiretso ako sa kanya. I gave him a peck on his lips. Kukuha na sana ng iniinom din niya ng pigilan niya ako. 

“Mag-almusal ka muna. Sasakit tiyan mo dyan dahil malamig.’ He warned me. I nodded at him. 

Nahagip ng mata ko ang nasa screen ng laptop niya. It’s Facebook. Comment Section yata ng isang post.

“Ano yan?” tanong ko sa kanya. He tilted his head to look me. Medyo nagdadalawang-isip pa siya kung sasabihin niya sa akin o hindi. 

“Uhh..just some sort of..pictures.” he said. I raised my eyebrows. I clicked the arrow back of the comment section to view the post that he’s talking about. 

Medyo nagulat pa ako ng makitang mga pictures namin iyon mula sa date namin kahapon. It was posted by a certain person who uses a codename “blacklipstick”. It has almost 5 pictures of us and a caption “Mainit-init na tsaa.” With a tea and smirk emoji next on the caption. 

“I will fix it.” Arrow said.

I scanned the whole pictures and next on the comment section. Their fans seem like unbothered on the pictures. They said that they still support Arrow no matter what, Arrow has also a life like us, He deserves all the happiness, and the like. 

Alllliiiieee: “Ay siya yata yung sinasabi ni Arrow sa concert.”

Bani: Deservability!
