Alphas Choice

I followed her along with Hannah and Felix as we made our way into the pack house. Inside, I could see was decorated quite similar to how the castle was but in darker tones and with deep red accents and fabrics. It almost had a homey feel to it, which put me a little more at ease. There were large paintings in a row, and the last one was Alpha Gabriel. The others must be former Alphas of the pack. I glanced at them all quickly as we walked up the stairs. We passed a few wolves on our way to the third floor, all of them giving a slight bow and one young wolf completely stopping in her tracks to give a full deep bow until we passed her, she was cute. We finally made it to the room, which would be mine during my stay it was the first door on the left.

"Grace, this is your room, I will let you get settled, Hannah's room is next door, Felix your room is the green door down on the right and my room is the blue door down on the left if any of you need anything. We will have dinner in about forty-five minutes, I'll swing by and grab you if you'd like?" She asked, and I nodded to her. "Alright, great, see you soon." She turned and went to show Hannah and Felix their rooms, I went into my room and locked the door.

I rolled my suitcase over to the chair that was near the closet, and then I looked around at my room. The room itself was similar to the layout of my room at home. When you walk in, there is a couch on the far wall, and on either side of the couch, it had balcony doors that must connect outside to one large balcony. On the right side of the room, there were plush seats around a small table. The left side of the room had a bed that was tall and comfortable looking, on the left side of the bed there was a bathroom door and a small walk in closet near the window on the right side of the bed.

I slipped off my shoes and walked over to test out the bed. I walked past a large mirror on my way and was shocked at my appearance! My hair was all over the place in knots down my back, I looked like a wild child, between the open window and what took place in that car it is a mess. I could feel my cheeks get hot as I thought about it.

It looks like I should first take a shower and comb out these knots, I need to look presentable at dinner at least, especially if I will be eating with the members of the pack. It's time to get a little serious, I have to look the part as well.

I knew I didn't have long, so I quickly grabbed my bag and decided I would take ten minutes and put all my things away so I wouldn't be living out of my suitcase the whole time. As I started putting my clothes into the dresser, I realized Cammy packed all of this, not me, so I'm not even sure what's all here. I took a mental note as I unpacked, summer dresses all just above my knee, which are great for if I'll be shifting, less clothes to take off and carry. She packed a variety of shirts, a few tank tops, some t-shirts and a couple of nice blouses. Looks to be some leggings and jeans and a pair of flats and a pair of heels. She also packed a silver cocktail dress, I doubt I'll need that, but I guess it's always good to have.

Then, I opened the last compartment with my undergarments and socks and practically dropped my bag. Ouuu, I am going to kill Cammy! She only packed lingerie, not a sensible thing in the bunch, I pulled out one bra that was completely sheer black lace with small black hearts, I looked down to see matching panties. They were all matching sets in a rainbow of colors and sheer-ness...I grabbed the most simple set that was a navy blue balconette and matching underwear, and grabbed one of the summer dresses and headed for the bathroom with my toiletries.

Thirty minutes later, I was scrubbed and clean, I was dressed in my baby pink dress and put on some slight makeup to help cover my swollen lip and two small bruises on my jaw and neck. My hair was conditioned and smelled like roses, I brushed it out until it was tangle free and shiny. I decided to braid my hair, leaving my bangs out. Just as I tied it off, there was a small knock on the door. I went to open it to find Myra, Felix, and Hannah there waiting for me, I grabbed my heels and quickly stepped into them. I made sure I looked presentable in the mirror on my way and joined them at the door. I was ready to go eat some supper, I was starving.
