S I X T Y - T H R E E

I walked into my room to see music equipment everywhere. I looked as Cammy came out of the bathroom, and I saw Travis setting up a microphone.

"What's all this?" I asked, looking at it all.

"Well, you said you wanted to sing to Gabriel, but you couldn't do it in front of a crowd. Well, like I said last night, we are going to record you, and Travis is going to work his magic and add your vocals to the music track. We will play it for your first dance!" She smiled as Travis nodded.

"Exactly darling, just let me know the song, I'll pull the instrumental track, and you can sing along to it. Then I'll put them together, and you can sit and have a listen." He said, explaining it again, I love his accent. He came visiting from the UK and liked our royal packs lifestyle better and never left.

"Okay, that seems easy enough. The song I thought of is "You Are The Reason." I heard the duet version the other day playing and fell in love with it. Would that be okay? Maybe with just a piano and violin track?"

"Consider it done, Princess. I'll find a track you can sing with, and I'll record the backing track myself for you, Love."

"Thank you, Travis. I appreciate you coming all this way and doing this." He just bowed and smiled.

He handed me headphones and told me to go stand behind the mic. I placed the headphones on taking them off one ear so I could still hear, and he brought up a track. He played it, and I sang, pouring as much feeling as I could into it.

"Bloody hell, that was perfect. Let me listen to it back and see if we need another take, but I think this will be it. You have a gift girl, how come I've never heard you sing before?"

I blushed at the compliment and gave a little shrug. He listened to it while I went to go put on a bra and panties and brushed my crazy hair and pinned it up. I grabbed bracelets and earrings from the counter, put some makeup on, and put some shoes on. Travis said it was great and he would start on the music to add, then start a list of songs for the dance. I thanked him again.

"Gracie, I have the dresses for the girls, I'll bring them down when you are done in the kitchen. Just let me know." Cammy said, smiling.

"You guys are both amazing!" I blew a kiss running out the door.

I went back to the kitchen and saw Anna talking with mum, they looked up when I came running in.

"There is the special girl! You look lovely today dear, thank you for making all these cakes, I could have done that you should be relaxing and pampering yourself!" Anna said excitedly.

"Oh Anna, I could never live with myself if I left all this work to you. You are already cooking a large meal for more than double what you usually do. Plus, lunch still needs to be served, I'm thankful that staff from the castle have come to lend a hand!" She just smiled.

"Well I'm in here now, I'll get that strawberry sauce in the fridge and the cakes will be in there once they cool more, you go on and go do what you need, this is your special day dear." She said, shooing me out of her kitchen.

I just laughed and grabbed my mums hand and pulled her out with me.

Cam, I guess we are done in the kitchen, wanna bring those dresses down, please?

What is on the schedule this morning?

Myra and Hannah are dealing with the rest of the setup. The chairs have already been set up outside last I looked. They are waiting until after lunch to set the tables for dinner. The ceremony starts at 5:45, seated for supper by 6:30, supper is served at 7:00 then first dance at 8:45.
