Chapter 14

"Hey are you ready?" You asked Jasmine who was still getting makeup on.

"Yeah just a second" she said finishing up.

Today was her first mission. It was simple, the league still needed Aizawa so she would go and flirt with him and try and invade his thoughts. If he caught her, you and Dabi would be on stand by. You had on a hoodie and some sweatpants with your suit under neath it. You had your staff and quiver on top of the building you were going to be on already so you just had to get her in the right place at the right time.

"Okay, I'm ready" she said looking way to over dressed.

"What are you wearing?" You asked confused.

"What what's wrong with it?" She asked.

"It's way to flashy, you need to look like a normal person not like you are going somewhere fancy." You said " change into some jeans and a nice shirt." You said.

She went back in her room and changed coming out in a more reasonable outfit. You both left the apartment and started walking. It was getting dark so you had to move quick or you would be late. As you both walked she asked questions that you answered even though some of them were stupid.

"Hey, shouldn't they have sent some one more experienced then me?" She asked making you look at her. "This just seems a little intense for my first one" she said shrugging her shoulders.

"I mean you should be fine you know about everything that is going on so there should be no issue, besides you'll do fine" you said stopping. "We are here. You will stay in this area and act normal. When the explosions go off he will come and you need to go up to him asking for help once he starts talking you should be able to get into his mind no problem you need to wait at least a minute so both explosions go off. If things go left me and Dabi will be up there" you said pointing to the building a few 100 feet down the street.

She nodded and you made your way to Dabi. You climbed up the building and saw Dabi smoking a cigarette.

"It's about time" Dabi said blowing out smoke.

"Look its not my fault Jasmine takes forever to get ready" you said taking off your hoodie. "And I had to make her change, she dressed like she was going to a formal event" you said with a laugh.

"She seems like the type" he said chuckling.

You shook your head and took off your sweat pants. You grabbed your staff quickly making it your bow.

"Why are you doing that already?" Dabi asked just watching you.

"Because this will probably go south, I love Jasmine but she is not great at acting" you sighed "at some point he'll catch on" you said and Dabi nodded.

You both waited. Jasmine was aware that Spinner was set to make a bomb go off in a few minutes. This would attract Aizawas attention. You were hesitant to tell Jasmine this because you needed her reaction to be as real as possible. You both heard the explosion followed by people screaming. You could see Jasmine and she was blending in quite well with the people who didn't know a Bomb was gonna go off. Aizawa, as planned, came springing into action and Jasmine did her job.

"Help please!" She said running into him.

"What happened?!" He asked.

"I- i don't know an Explosion happend and i think people are hurt" Jasmine said pulling out the fake tears.

"Show me" he said and he followed her.

They both ran to the building that no one was in what so ever. The only people around that building were Compress, Toga, and Shigarki. Plus you and Dabi being in the building across the street. Aizawa looked around and of course found no one. Jasmine was doing a good job. She was looking around and was surprised to say the least. She looked back at the building you were on and sighed then going to activate her quirk.

"Hey Y/n wasn't there supposed to be two explosions?" Dabi asked making you come to a realization.

"Shit" you said.

There was a problem. There were supposed to be two bombs that were gonna go off but only one did, meaning Jasmine got there to fast and now there was a land mine somewhere in the ruble of that building. You quickly put your ear piece in.

"Spinner what happed to the second bomb?" You asked and you heard heavy breathing.

"They got here to fast I didn't have time to make it go off so"-

"So if they step on it they die" you said groaning.

You quickly put your hoodie and sweat pants on and pulling the ribbon out of your hair.

"What are you doing?" Dabi asked quickly putting out his cigarette.

"I'm getting her out of this situation" you said "stay here, I'm gonna try and get him into the alley" you said climbing down the building.

When you looked at Jasmine she was panicking, meaning she wasn't gonna be able to use her quirk. You ran over to the building and called Jasmines name.

"Oh my god are you okay I heard the explosion!" You said frantically and she just looked at you confused.

You looked at her begging her to go along with it. She eventually did and gave you a hug.

"I-i don't know what happened" she said looking at you.

"Did you see anything?" He asked and you nodded.

"Yeah- while I was leaving to go home I saw someone run that way, wearing a black trench coat and I think it was a white shirt" you said

"Did you see there face?" He asked his tone getting a little more serious.

"Yeah he looked like he had scars on his face, like burns" you said looking up at Aizawa.

"Stay here" he said running across the street.

"Why did you just describe Dabi, Y/n wats going on?" She asked freaking out.

"Just wait" you said watching as Aizawa disappeared into the darkness.

You both just watched and you saw a spark of blue fire. You grabbed Jasmine and walked into the alley seeing Dabi with Aizawa knocked out on the ground.

"Wow good job" you said looking at Dabi.

"Thanks" he said "here I grabbed your stuff" he said handing you your quiver and bow.

You took them from him when you all heard sirens and jasmine once again started to freak out.

"I need you to calm down, they aren't gonna catch us" you said trying to calm her down.

She nodded and you all started going back to the hideout. As you all walked you and Dabi talked and you made sure to involve Jasmine. And it was all good until she started interrupting you. You just looked at her and removed yourself from the conversation. As they both talked you walked behind them. At some point Jasmine touched dabis shoulder and you made a face of disgust. You didn't know why you made that face, but should she really be touching someone that way when she still has a boyfriend. You rolled your eyes and kept quiet until you got back to the hideout.
