Chapter 25

You were sitting on the floor with your back on the wall while Dabi wrapped your hand. You stayed silent and wiped your tears off your face. He wrapped your hand with gaze and glanced up at you from time to time. He looked like he wanted to say something but he didn't for a while.

"All done" he said getting up and then helping you.

"Thank you" you said and he nodded putting his shirt and his jacket back on.

He walked to the door and opened it and stopped before he left.

"Just so you know" he said looking back at you, "Me and Jasmine didn't have sex" he said then walking out.

You stood there for a second. You felt awful. You assumed that he had sex with her just because he was in her bed. You sighed and walked out of the room and back into the bar. You looked around and noticed that Dabi was gone but Jasmine was still sitting at the bar. You sat down next to Jasmine and she just looked over at you putting her hand on your shoulder.

"Hey are you okay?" She asked and you nodded your head.

"Yeah Dabi helped me out" you said.

"What did you say to him because he left and seemed a bit off" she said taking a sip of her drink.

"I didn't say anything, but he told me you guys didn't have sex" you said and she looked at you.

"I tried to tell you but I kept getting interrupted" she said and you sighed.

"I'm just still confused on why he was in your bed, and the the way you reacted when i walked in." You said

"After you left he came back, he was very flirty and touchy and we went to my room. We were going to have sex but after we had taken off just about everything but our underwear we stopped. He groaned in frustration and we just sat and talked about you." She said and you looked at her with a confused look. "I probably shouldn't tell you this because its not really my place but the when he talks about you he is speaking genuinely. The way he spoke about you is the way people who like someone speak about the person they like. And as for the way I reacted, I thought you were my boyfriend... well my ex boyfriend" she said.

You nodded and she gave you a soft smile.

"But its late and I need to get back to the house and you still have a few days at Dabis so I would say try and have a talk with him" she said and you got up.

"I'm gonna head out too, do you want me to walk you?" You asked.

"No compress said he would" she said and you nodded.

You walked out of the hideout and waved bye to Jasmine. You walked back to Dabis house and tried to think of what you could say but you weren't great with your words. You walked in the door closing it behind you. It was dark in the house so you turned on a light. You walked in the room and Dabi was on his side with his back facing the door. You quietly grabbed your towel and a shirt and went to take a shower. You got in the shower and did your best to keep your hand dry. After your shower you dried off and changed into one of the shirts you had stolen from Dabi.

You walked out of the bathroom and went to lay down on the couch after you turned off the lights. You laid there in the dark wide awake. Not only did your hand hurt but your back did to. Midnight slammed your back into the wall pretty hard there was most definitely a bruise on your back. While you laid there in silence you started to think about what Midnight said about your mom being disappointed in you. You knew this probably wasn't what she saw you doing but you could only hope that she understands.

You loved your mom with all your heart but you also knew that she wanted the best for you. You felt like at this moment in time this was the best for you. You wanted to avenge your mother by killing her killer. You knew Endevor was gonna be hard to kill but you knew that he was the reason she died. But would she be disappointed in you? Could she understand why you are doing what your doing.

You sighed as you tossed and turned before you decided to get up. You walked to the room and went to the other side of the bed and laid down on the edge pulling the covers over you. You laid on your side and kept trying to get in a position that didn't hurt your back when you felt two warms hands wrap around your waist.

"Are you okay?" Dabi asked in a raspy voice as he pulled you closer to him.

"I couldn't sleep my back hurts" you said lightly and he hummed.

"Damn she really did you in huh?" He said as he sat up.

"You didn't see what happed to her" you said with a bit of a laugh.

"Yeah yeah, lay on your stomach." He said and you listened.

He got behind you and you felt him lift the shirt you had on up revealing your ass as you had nothing on under neath except underwear.

"Dabi" you said trying to pull it back down,

"Stop" he said lightly slapping your hand away.

You felt him put his hand on your back and you immediately felt warmth and let out a satisfied hum.

"You know I'm a little upset you got the back tattoo without me" he said in a low voice.

"It's a tattoo, you can come if I get another one"

He gently rubbed his hands up and down your back for a while until he yawned.

"You can stop if your tired" you said and he nodded and laid down next to you.

You rolled back over onto your back and you both just looked at the ceiling for a minute.

"I'm sorry for being such a jack ass and assuming" you said.

"It's okay, you didn't know" he said turning on his side and pulling you close to him.

He wrapped his arms around you and held you to his chest. You held his hand to your chest and embraced the warmth you have missed. You felt your eyes get heavy and started to fall asleep.

"Y/n" Dabi whispered.

"Yes" you mumbled back.

"Can I kiss you?" He asked and you rolled over to face him.

"Yeah" you said looking at him. You put your hand on his face and he pulled you closer then you already were.

He gently placed his lips on yours and you kissed him back. He swiped his tongue across your bottom lip. You parted your lips and he slipped his tongue in your mouth. You put your hand behind his neck deepening the kiss. He pulled away and  just looked at you.

"I missed you" he said and you put your head on his chest.

"I missed you too" you said closing your eyes and falling asleep.
