You got into costume as everyone else got Aizawa ready. You pulled the ribbon off your wrist and pulled your hair back and put on your quiver. You walked out and saw Aizawa unconscious and tied up. He looked rough. He looked about as good as you can imagine for someone who has been under Jasmines quirk as many times as he has. With Jasmines quirk the more she used it on you the more you could feel her inside your mind. It takes a toll on you. You and Dabi waited at the hideout until it got late so you two wouldn't be seen and you both sat in silence.

"You wanna tell me why you are trying so hard to ignore me?" You asked breaking the silence.

"Doesn't matter" he said not even sparing you a glance.

"But it does" you said hitting your vape.

"Why is that Y/n" he said downing his drink.

"Because I don't understand how you can fuck me and just stop talking to me" you said blowing the smoke out of your mouth. "So it matters because you get possessive over something as small as a news article you should've know wasn't true considering you know Hawks has a wife"

"Y/n you don't get it do you?" He said sighing. "I can't be with you because I will tear you apart. I'm already doing it and you know it. But at the end of the day its the same story. I say I don't want you which makes you want me more and you get hurt and then it becomes a sob story. So yeah I'm ignoring you because I don't want that for you"

You sat there and looked at him with a stoic face. He was full of shit and you and him both knew it. You just shook your head and leaned your head back closing your eyes.

"Y/n I" he sated before you interrupted.

"Save it Dabi, you're full of shit and you know it. You're just scared to be in a real relationship where your partner doesn't do everything you say. You don't want to admit that you have met your match and I can't force you to" you said getting up and cracking your neck. "Now lets go"

He sighed and got out of his seat grabbing Aizawa. He knew you were right but he needed to prove you wrong. You both walked out and made the walk to U.A.. When you both got there you knew what you had to do. You were told to leave him at the front of the gates so people could see him so thats what you did. Dabi was in charge of putting him there and you were to make sure no one was around until he got back.

"Okay you ready?" He asked getting on the roof of the building you were on.

"Always" you said pulling out an arrow and pulling it back.

You took a deep breath and aimed for the front doors. You didn't feel the hesitation and let go of the arrow. It cut through the air hitting the center of the glass doors and then the alarms went off. You put your bow down and smile.

"Let's go" he said plainly.

You both walked back and you knew you were staying at his house. When you got there you hung up your stuff and pulled out your ribbon feeling your hair fall back into place. You got undressed and changed when you felt Dabis eyes on you. You sighed and turned around.

"So you're gonna watch me change and not admit that you like me?" You asked seeing him look to the side.

"Its not that simple" he said as you walked over to him.

"But it is" you said standing in front of him. "I already know that you do, you make it a little obvious, so just say it" you said and he stayed silent.

You looked at him waiting, hoping he would just say it. He looked you in the eyes and said nothing. You sighed and closed your eyes.

"Fine" you said turning to walk out of the room. "But Dabi" you said and he looked over at you in the doorway. "Don't expect me to wait for you... because as of right now I'm done waiting" you said walking out.

He stood there not knowing what to say. Why couldn't he just say it? He wanted to but he knew he couldn't. He wanted you so badly but he knows how these things end. And he still wasn't sure what he was feeling for you but he knew it was way more then just liking you. He sat down on the bed feeling frustrated with himself. You laid on the couch feeling sad. You wanted him to say it. You didn't understand how some high schoolers were falling head over heals for you and calling you beautiful but he couldn't even say he liked you. You felt hurt. You laid on your back looking at the ceiling when you felt a tear fall from your eyes. You meant what you said you were done waiting, life is too short to wait around for someone who can't even admit their own feelings.

A month had passed and for most of that month you and Dabi didn't talk to each other. Eventually you and him started talking again but just as friends. You decided to start treating him like you did before any of the things in the past occurred. So you two were just going to be friends even though you both could feel that there were underlying feelings between you two still. You had started meeting other people. Jasmine even went as far to set up a double date with her and one of Ethan's friends for you. He was nice. Really nice actually not to mention he was extremely handsome. You were pretty sure he was feeling you and Jasmine agreed. You two had even went on a few dates by yourselves and you had so much fun.

You sat in the hideout with Dabi with a smile on your face thinking about him. You were even swinging your legs back and forth feeling all giddy. Dabi took notice to your happy mood. He didn't know what you were happy about but he had been taking notice to your happier moods as of late.

"What are you so happy about?" He asked and you looked over at him and he noticed a small sparkle in your eyes.

"Me?" You asked.

"No the other person in here" he said with sarcasm laced in his voice and you rolled your eyes.

You debated for a second on whether to tell him about this boy or not. But in the end you did. You told him about the dates and how sweet and nice he was and how he made your heart flutter.

"In all honesty" you said pausing for a few seconds. "I like him" you said missing the change in Dabis eyes. "And I think he likes me back" you said with a smile looking at him.

"Likes you, really?"
