The later it gets the more Kurt cries over silly movies. It's good to let it all out but he can't stop. He wants to stop and sleep. It's the middle of the night, just turned 1am. But he can't stop, no matter how exhausted he is.

Not knowing what else to do Kurt takes his phone, calling the only person in his mind that could help him now.

"Hello?" he hears Blaines sleepy voice. "Blaine?" Kurt chokes out before he starts sobbing again. He just wants it to stop. "Hey Kurt. Don't cry. Please don't cry. It'll be okay" Blaine says but it's hard to reach to Kurt over the phone.

"I can't" Kurt sobs and when Blaine asks since when he's crying he answers "About an hour after you went home or so". "Non stop?" Blaine asks and Kurt mumbles "Almost".

"That's about four hours " Blaine says and Kurt could only cry more, hearing that amount of time "I don't want that anymore Blaine. I want to stop". "I know Kurtie. I know" Blaine answers, not caring about the name he just gave Kurt.

Either Kurt didn't noticed that or he doesn't mind the nickname. He continues crying and Blaine could feel his own heart break at the sound of that. So without much thinking he says "Hang on 15 more minutes okay?". "Okay but w-" Kurt can't finish his question because Blaine already hung up on him.

Is he coming? Kurt wants him to come but at the same time he feels like a burden to Blaine because first he woke him and now he made him come. If he comes. That's just a prediction. But still Kurt doesn't stop crying. He can't.

About 15 minutes later the door opens and Blaine comes in, closing the door behind him. He puts down his jacket, keys and phone and then immediatly hugs the crying man.

Kurt clenches to Blaines shirt, holding on for dear life while he cries. But at least he's not alone anymore. He has Blaine who whispers comforting phrases while holding Kurt in a comforting hug and try to stop the crying.

It takes Kurt a long while to calm down but finally his sobs turn to hiccups. Thanks to Blaine.

"Thank you for coming" Kurt says and finally looks at Blaine without a blurry vision. He must've immediatly went here because he wears what looks like "A pyjama?". "Yep. It'll be fun to walk like this to the locker room before work" Blaine laughs.

"Does that mean you're staying?" Kurt asks and Blaine raises his eyebrow at that question "Do you really think I leave again? Now that you calmed down after that much crying?". "Guess not" Kurt says with a small smile "Thanks". "Of course" Blaine answers.

"But now try to sleep. You look exhausted" Blaine says and Kurt answers "I am and I'd be long asleep if I would've been able to stop crying on my own". "So now that I'm here you can sleep" Blaine says and Kurt answers "If you give me another hug yes".

"Come here" Blaine says and opens his arms for Kurt to collapse in them. Kurt does so and gets comfortable. That's a good way to fall asleep. Knowing there's someone to dry your tears and calm you down.

"Goodnight Blainey" Kurt mumbles and takes the curly haired man by surprise "Huh?". "Well if you call me Kurtie I'll call you Blainey. Else it'd be unfair right?" Kurt says and laughs quietly. Blaine laughs too "Right. Goodnight Kurtie".

Blaine smiles relieved. After crying for such a long time he could make Kurt laugh with something simple as nicknames.

Kurt wonders too. He still is hurt or feels like it but Blaine is able to make him laugh at least a little. He puts the pieces together. Piece by piece until Kurts heart is whole again. Maybe Rachel was right but only time can prove that.

The next day Blaine couldn't get away from the other patients because they were short of staff due sickness and since Kurt takes a break from training Blaine has to help the other nurses.

Still he takes his time to go to Kurt and make sure he's okay from time to time. And Kurt is okay. If movies and chocolate instead of training is caled okay. At least he's not crying anymore.

At the end of the work day Blaine changes and goes to Kurt "I'm heading home. Call me if you need me okay?". "Okay" Kurt answers, he just paused Grease to say Blaine good night. "Goodnight Kurtie" Blaine says and Kurt answers "Goodnight Blainey".

Then Blaine leaves Kurt with his movie, driving home with his pyjama.

That night Kurt surprisingly didn't call but Blaine doesn't mind. Yes he admits that last night was exhausting and over the day he got himself some more coffee than usually but now he got a full night of sleep and has more power again.

Yes Blaine has some more power again after one full night of sleep and so should Kurt. The two days time out are over which means starting with training again so hopefully soon Kurt can eat alone again and keep practicing walking.

Only problem is that Kurt diagrees with that, not wanting to start training again. "Blaine no. I'm not ready" Kurt says but the nurse shakes his head "You're more than ready Kurt. You just don't want to". "And what if? I need a time out okay?" the younger says and the older conters "You already got one".

"Oh wow. Two days" the younger man says rolling his eyes at Blaine who tries his best to remain calm "Yes and that has to be enough to keep the progress".

"You're talking about progress but could you concider thinking about me once?! I need more time" the younger snaps.

Now Blaine has enough "You were the one who was always talking about getting back up on your feet. I'm just trying to help. And don't come me with I don't think about you. I care about you so much that I came here in the middle of the night for you. To be there for you. Because I couldn't bare hearing you cry.

Yes that was a bad phase but now you're just angry and pity yourself because you don't want to continue training and rather drown in pity from heart break. Tell me if you changed your mind or need my help with something. I go and take care of other patients now who want my help and the help of other nurses".

With that being said he turns around and leaves Kurt speechless in his room. He knows what he did was hard but Kurt is wrong. He thinks about him. All the time. That's why he wants to help, even if that means pushing him.

Lunch was quiet and so was dinner. Kurt knows that Blaine is right and Blaine knows that he was to harsh but both are too stubborn to say something so instead they both stay silent.

After dinner Blaine goes changing and like usual his feet carry him back to Kurts room before leaving. For a moment Blaines hand hovers over the handle of the door to Kurts roombut he doesn't go in. He and Kurt seem to not talk at the moment. So he turns around and goes home. Without a goodnight.

Kurt looks at the door. He knows Blaine won't come today but he still has a little hope that he might still does. Of course Blaine doesn't come, making Kurts evening feel like something is missing. Blaines goodnight.

For Blaine something is missing too. Kurts goodnight. And Sebastian notices that right away when his best friend comes home in a bad mood.

During dinner he tells Sebastian what happened with Kurt and eats a little something even tho he doesn't feel very hungry.

After that he goes into his room and takes his boxing gloves out of his waredrobe. He never thought he'd use it because of Kurt but he needs to take his feelings out on something to clear his head.

While punching and clearing his mind Blaine thinks about everything. Until he gets an idea.

Still with the gloves on he goes into the living room to Sebastian "Do you still have your boxing gloves here?". "Yes my old ones why?" Sebastian answers confused and Blaine asks "Mind if I lend them tomorrow?". "Sure but-" he he can't finish because Blaine already goes back to his room, closing the door with his foot and punching the bag for some more time.
