Part 32

At the end of the week Blaine decides to go home again. He loves to stay at the Hudson-Hummel house but on the other side he misses to be in his apartment. His home.

He does have a little bit of christmas decoration at home but before he could drive home Carol packs a second bag in his car with christmas decorations and a box of cookies they backed yesterday.

"I'll miss sharing my bed with you" Kurt says with a pout that Blaine kisses away "I'm pretty sure that I'll only sleep and eat in my apartment because we'll still pend the whole day together as always". "Okay. I think I can live with that" Kurt answers, kissing Blaine again.

Then Blaine gets in his car and drives home where he puts some christmas music on to sing along while he decorates and unpacks. He really missed home and even tho he isn't completely healthy yet, needing a pain killer here or there, he's glad to be back home again.

Like Blaine said, he really does spend a lot of time with Kurt, only home to sleep and eat. And that only when he isn't invited for dinner or brunch or so at the Hudson-Hummel, which he is almost every day.

Just like right now. Burt is at the tire shop, Carol at work and Finn has cloasses so Kurt and Blaine are alone at home, enjoying the warmth inside. Over the last days it got really cold.

The couple sits on the couch in the living room, cuddled in a comforter and close to the chimney Music quietly plays in the background while they read the newest vogue. Blaine leans against Kurt and  Kurts arms around him to hold the vogue open for them both.

They are in their bubble. So deep that they didn't notice Finn coming home, having Rachel on face time and talking to her about the upcoming holidays.

When he sees the couple he laughs quietly and turns his camera for Rachel "Now look at these two". "From the beginning I said Blaine is good for them and I was right the whole time" Rachel says, looking with heart-eyes on her phone.

The tall man steps in further, clearing his throat loudly to bring the couple back to reality. "Oh hey Finn" Kurt greets his brother "We left you some lunch in the kitchen". "Sweet thanks" Finn says. His brother knows him too well.

"Babe let me talk to Klaine please" Rachel says smiling. By now everyone knows the shipname Sebastian invented for them and it still makes Rachel grin when she uses it.

Finn nods and passes the phone to Kurt who puts the vogue away by now. Then he goes in the kitchen to see what Kurt and Blaine left for him there.

"I know I said it a lot already but you two are cute together" Rachel says and adds "I have to hurry. I'm just in the cafeteria before my last two classes. About christmas". "Oh yeah. Santana is coming too?" Kurt asks and Rachel nods.

"She doesn't want to go to her parents but she wants to come so I wanted to ask since the Hudson-Hummel house is full if she could maybe stay at yours Blaine" she tells. Blaine nods "Sure. She can sleep in Sebastians room. Just tell me when you come and I take her to my place".

Blaine just knows that Santana too was in the New Directions and from what he got told that she's very bitchy but can go soft for her friends if they need her. But he doesn't really knows her. Still it doesn't feel like he would let a stranger in his home and it's christmas so why not? It'll be alright.

In two weeks it's finally christmas but there's still a bit more than one week school so Blaine can take his time to make his apartment a little bit nicer, maybe ask what Santana likes for breakfast and what she doesn't like since they only sleep and eat breakfast in Blaines apartment.

But first he has another check up tomorrow to see when he can get back to work, even tho being able to spend more time with Kurt isn't bad either.

After the check up is done and the results are also in Dr Johnson happily tells "It all healed very well". "So I can go back to work?" Blaine asks with half a happy and other half sad face. "Monica wants to talk with you about that. She's at the counter" the doctor says.

Blaine nods, stands up, shakes the doctors hand and then leaves to search for the head nurse at the crowded counter.

"You wanted to talk to me?" He asks Monica when he finally found her. The nurse nods, pulling Blaine in a quiet corner so they can talk better. "I heared you're healthy again but I have an offer for you" she says.

"You were there for Kurt even when you were off work and also stayed longer for other patients if they needed help. That's impressive for a young man just out of training so I thought you may want a little break. A real break now that you're healthy.

So I thought since it's christmas soon and New Year short after you could enjoy the holidays properly. You can take the days off until the holidays are over and spend them with your dear ones. I'd welcome you back happily in the new year" Monica tells.

"Really? That's amazing Monica. Thank you. I really could hug you now" Blaine says with shining eyes and the woman laughs "Don't be shy" as she opens her arms so Blaine could hug her. He does so, saying "Thank you" about five more times.

Since he has nothing else to do Blaine goes to the cafeteria, paying Megyy some company and telling her the news. With one of her coffees he sits down on a table and calls Kurt who wants to spend the day studying.

He tells him about the news and he can hear that Kurt is just as exited as he is. Then he tells Kurt about his idea that he got while talking to Meggy. He could go and visit Sebastian and Hunter.

It's been a while since he was in Westerville and while his friends visited him they talked about going to Dalton again to see if it's still the same as a few years ago. Now that he has the time and is healthy again he could visit his friends and they could actually do what they talked about.

Now that Kurt knows and also thinks it's a wonderful idea Blaine hangs up so his boyfriend could continue studying. Instead he calls Sebastian to tell him and Hunter about his idea.

Of course the couple agrees that Blaine can come, very exited for their time together already.
