Part 28

At the end of the week, Friday, Blaines ankle feels much better and he almost isn't limping anymore.

One week ago Adam told him to stay away from Kurt but it just brought them closer together and Adam will pay for what he did.

But now Blaine has another check up in the hospital. Of course he visits Meggy in the cafeteria, gladly accepting one of her coffees and chatting with her until it's time for his appointment.

In a few days his ankle will be back to normal. Else he's doing good as well but his rips still need their time to heal and the pain is a reminder for Blaine.

After the check up Blaine goes back to the cafeteria, waiting for Burt to pick him up. But it's not Burt who picks him up but instead he gets surprised by two other familiar faces.

"Hey I told you you don't need to come" he says but the one boy just answers "Hello to you too Blainers". "Long time no see Blaine" the other boy greets and Blaine greets "Hey Seb. Hey Hunter".

"I'd hug you but..." he then says but Sebastian waves it off "Some time else when you're healthy again". "Sounds good" Blaine says and slowly stands up from where he sat and drank another coffee.

"Come on. We drive you. I planned everything with Kurt and his family" Sebastian says and supports his best friend with walking to the car.

At the Hudson-Hummel house Kurt was only waiting to see his boyfriends face when he and his friends come in. And it's totally worth it.

He is smiling happily and Kurt never saw Blaine that happy before. The young man comes in with this smile and immediatly goes to Kurt to press a kiss on his lips. "Thank you" he says before kissing him again.

"Don't thank me. Sebastian texted me, telling me he still wants to come so we decided that he and Hunter stay at your apartment and pick you up to surprise you" Kurt tells and Blaine turns around.

"Screw the no hug thing" he says and goes to hug his best friend "I'm glad you still came". "Of course I did" his best friend answers smiling.

Together the four men eat the lunch that Carol made before leaving for work and Hunter and Kurt get to know each other, getting along really good.

They mostly talk about the arts because it wasn't only Kurts passion but also Hunters. At some point Kurt couldn't hold back his curiousity and asks "If you love the arts so much. Why didnt you made it your profession?".

"I never got the chance. I never had the choice. I got raised with business here and business there so one day I can work for my dad and take over when he retires and here I am. A business man who loves the arts" Hunter tells and Seb frowns, taking his boyfriends hand under the table and squeezing it.

"But aren't you old enough to decide that yourself? I mean how old are you again?" Kurt asks. He got so lucky with his family other than Hunter or Blaine for example.

"24 but since I never had a chance I wasn't informed enough about colleges, professions and stuff. I'm still not informed" Hunter admits "I only know about NYADA now because you told me. What's it like to study there?".

While Kurt tells Hunter what's it like, living in New York and study at NYADA he and everyone else could see Hunters eyes shining with desire. That's what he really wants to do.

Over the day the friends play games, talk and Kurt gets to know Blaines friends more, getting not only close with Hunter but also more with Sebastian again after not seeing each other for a longer while.

He offered the older men to help him with collecting informations if he changes his mind about his profession and if not he can still tell him what it's like if he wants to hear more.

Sebastian and Hunter stay for dinner, since the Hudson-Hummels insisted and then drive back to Blaines apartment so each couple has some time alone.

At that night Kurt and Blaine lay in bed, Kurt cuddled to Blaines side and head on his shoulder, with Blaines arm around Kurt.

He took a pain killer before getting ready for bed and once again feels how tired these things can make. But he can't sleep just yet.

"I know this whole visiting thing came from Seb but thank you for planning this with him" Blaine says quietly, concentrating on letting his eyes open.

The other men smiles, pecking his boyfriends cheek "Everything for you honey. Also, I like them". "I like them too angel" Blaine says, his voice by now a whisper. Kurt smiles only wider. Everything they would talk about now wouldn't be much of a conversation with a half asleep Blaine.

So Kurt simply whispers "Goodnight honey" and Blaine whispers "Goodnight angel" and with that he falls asleep. Kurt too closes his eyes, falling asleep quickly.
