Time passes by and in no time it's february and the day Kurt finally gets what Blaine gave him for christmas.

In the morning Blaine picks Kurt up, inviting him for breakfast at Lima Bean. Of course Blaine not without coffee and both talking about everything they want to do today.

After a delicious breakfast the couple gets back into the car and drives to the show choir competition. No rush, they still have plenty of time.

Kut connects his phone with the car, playing music from his playlist for him and Blaine to sing along to while driving on the highway.

Even tho they drove for quite a while it feels like they reached the location in no time. They had so much fun on the road.

The competition was amazing and Blaine tried to avoid the Warblers, knowing that they might still are mad at him for the discussion he caused when he, Hunter and Sebastian visited Dalton.

Instead he goes with Kurt to the New Directions and with them Finn and Will Schuester. Not only does Kurt want to wish them good luck but also wants to see the Glee Club teacher.

Will also were exited to see one of his former students, especially because Finn often talked to him about Kurt and his condition. That's why he's glad that Kurt is back up and happy.

After some catching up and the competition Kurt and Blaine leave to eat early dinner. It's too late to call it lunch but not really dinner time either. But early dinner is good because Blaine still has more planned.

While thinking what he could give Kurt for christmas he looked for nice but not too expencive restaurants and found one to where they go now.

During dinner Kurt and Blaine get caught up in a conversation about everything they saw earlier, pretending to be the judges by ranking song choice, singing, performance and everything overall.

Just like the judges they come to the conclusion that the New Directions deserved to win and come in first.

Oral Intensity came in second for the judges but for Kurt and Blaine the Warblers come in second. That's also because Blaine used to be a Warbler and even tho he doesn't really like this generation of Warblers the Warblers and Dalton will always be a part of him.

They weren't bad but their performance could've been better. That's why at the competition they came in third while Kurt and Blaine would put Oral Intensity third. But that's probably just because they're both biased.

After dinner the couple goes back to hte car and gets in again to drive back to Lima but not home just yet.

In the car Kurt puts on some music again to sing along to while Blaine drives.

And just like that they drive around, not wanting the day to end and not wanting to start with their last little thing for today.

The last stop that day is a lake, close to Lima, where the couple parks and searches for a good place to sit down.

They spread a blanket and sit down on it before unpacking a basket, placing pillows and more blankets in the ground. The picnic here wasn't really planned but it's pretty warm and beautiful for mid february so Blaine thought 'Why not' and packed a basket.

After getting comfortable Kurt takes two glasses and a bottle of cidre out of the basket and Baien the dessert they ordered as a take away at the restaurant earlier.

With that they enjoy the evening, looking on the lake where the moon glitters on the water, a wavy reflection of it nearly as beautiful as the real moon up in the sky.

They could've stayed for hours, not wanting to go home just yet but eventually it gets too cold to stay outside much longer so Kurt and Blaine put everything back in the basket and go back to the car.

"I don't want this day to end yet" Kurt says as he closes the door from the passenger seat. Blaine already sat down and closed the door, now looks into his boyfriends blue eyes, his own hazel eyes shining.

"How about we go to my place now? This night doesn't has to end yet" he says and sees how the blue eyes start shining too. "I'd love that" Kurt answers, smiling happily.

And so Blaine drives them home to end a perfect day in the most perfect way they could think of and then cuddle until both are asleep which doesn't take long anymore.
