The next day everyone is invited for brunch at the Hudson-Hummel house and that's where Blaine spreads the news about the New Year's plan for him and his friends.
"Sebastian and Hunter invited us for a little New Year's party. Just them, the five of us and two old friends from Dalton" he announces "And no worries about someone needs to drive and can't drink because we're staying over night".
"Amazing! Tell them we're in" Finn says and Kurt adds "And that I'm looking forward to see them again". "Yeah me too" Finn answers.
The friends quickly start chatting happily about the party, leaving Burt and Carol to decide how they want to spend their New Year's eve.
A few days later the five friends sit in Blaines car and drive to Westerville, exited to celebrate the end of one year and the start of another.
At the couples home the friends put down their over night bags and then join the others in the living room so Rachel and Santana and Sebastian and Hunter can get to know each other.
Only half an hour later the others and with that also last guests arrive and get greeted warmly by their old Dalton friends.
"Niff, hey" Blaine greets the couple "It's been a while". "Too long" Jeff responds and hugs his old friend just like Nick before him.
Everyone greets everyone before Nick and Jeff goes to put down their over night bags too.
Once they return they join the group to get to know the McKinley guys and especially Blainers boyfriend.
The friends catch up and get to know each other until they get hungry and decide to make pizza. Everything is prepared. They just have to put the toppings they like on top and put it in the oven.
After dinner Sebastian puts all different kind of alcohol on the table, letting the party begin.
With the time passing everyone gets more and more drunk and thanks to several different drinking and party games and a good group harmony time just flies by.
Half of the time someone makes out and it's mostly either Huntbastian or Niff who can't keep their hands off each other.
Finn and Rachel and Kurt and Blaine too have their moments, holding hands, sharing a kiss or something but they try to do more with Santana too so she doesn't feel left out as the only one without a partner.
About 11:30 everyone is drunk enough to stop the silly games and instead just dance for a while, while the new year comes closer.
Shortly before midnight the friends go out on the balcony, wrapped in blankets to keep warm. Some kids already fired a few fireworks because of whatever reason.
Then it's finally time for the countdown, after Santanas smirky comment "I know you'll all kiss but if you go full on making out I'll go all Lima heights on you".

Happy New Year"
Blaine presses his lips on Kurts and the younger could feel him smile in the kiss. Or was it his own smile? Nope, they are both smiling.
Nick and Jeff too kiss passionately and maybe a bit too passionately but still better than Hunter and Sebastian who are already making out. Again.
Rachel and Finn also kiss but it's just a little loger than a peak because after that Rachel turns to Santana, hugging her and wishing her a happy new year too.
It gets cold pretty fast and the fireworks slowly get less so the friends decide to go inside again and continue with the party, starting with a new drinking game.
The party carries on until 4 in the morning when everyone slowly decides to say good night and go to bed.
First to go are Nick and Jeff because they have to leave first in the morning immediatly after breakfast.
Next to say goodnight is Santana and shortly after Finn and Rachel follow.
"Kurt angel you're hardly awake anymore. Let's go to bed okay?" Blaine whispers into his boyfriends ear. Kurt Kurt shakes his head "We have such a good timeee". Blaine laughs at that "Yeah I know we have but we can spend more time with everyone after we got some sleep". "Are you tired too?" Kurt asks and Blaine nods laughing "Yes I'm tired too Kurt".
"Okay then we go to bed but after this song. I love it" Kurt says and Blaine nods "Okay. After this song". He smiles at Kurt who grins back. They both drunk a good amount of alcohol but Kurt is definitly more drunk than Blaine.
They sit down on the couch, their feet's hurting from to much dancing and while Kurt gets comfortable in Blaines lap the older closes his eyes for a second.
Is it possible to stop time now? He'd do it.
He spend the evening with all his friends and the love of his life. They had a great evening and everyone is something between feeling tipsy and being wasted.
When Blaine opens his eyes again he sees Hunter and Sebastian slow dancing and Kurts head by now comfortably placed in his lap. Again Blaine laughs, bends down to kiss Kurt on the forehead and starts massaging his scalp while humming with the song.
Again he closes his eyes. He's happy. Happier than ever. Happier than ever. Happier than he were before he came out. He'd never expected his life to turn out that way back then but he's happy.
And it'll stay that way. This year will be amazing. Even tho Kurt will go back to New York eventually and Rachel and Santana will go back in jsut a few days already.
Nick and Jeff drive home today as well and who knows when Blaine will see Sebastian and Hunter again.
At the end of the song Blaine says "Okay come on Kurt. Let's go to bed". When the man doesn't answer Blaine looks down, seeing Kurts eyes closed, mouth slightly open and his breath even. He felt asleep.
Blaine would carry him to bed but he knows he's drunnk and he's tired so he doesn't trust himself to carry Kurt now.
"Angel?" he carefully wakes Kurt up "Come on. Let's go to bed". "Hm... okay" the other man answers still half asleep. With Blaines help he stands up and after waving Sebastian and Hunter goodnight they go to bed.
As soon as Kurt lays down he's asleep again and Blaine knows that he doesn't last much longer. He just pulls off his clothes before he lays down, falling asleep within seconds.
At 5 am the house is quiet. Sebastian and Hunter went to bed just a few minutes ago. They didn't want to stop dancing but at some point they could hardly keep their eyes open.
