Part 55

The time Blaine has to work Kurt spends either with working on his report for NYADA, helping Finn with homework he got over the summer or just spending some quality time with his brother now that they both have free days.

He also already starts packing stuff he needs in boxes like clothes, books, pictures and other stuff that is important to him and should move with him.

Then the moment finally came where Blaine gets some days off and everyone helps moving stuff from one place to another.

Since Kurt doesn't need furniture someone might guess it's not that much that needs to get moved but the amount of clothes alone fills several big boxes, not to mention books and everything.

But they made sure, on the weekends before, that Blaine has enough space for Kurts stuff in his, now their, apartment.

Their apartment. Sounds so beautiful. And so right.

To celebrate this special event at the end of the week everyone who helped, Burt, Carol, Finn, Kurt, Blaine, Hunter and Sebastian, is invited for a big friends and family dinner in the apartment.

Also in the week Blaine has off, a Sunday from one of two weeks off work, Blaine is invited for brunch from Monica again. Apparently Josh and Abby miss him. And since she said that Blaine could bring Kurt the couple goes together to brunch.

Kurt didn't forgot that Blaine told him once that he thinks Abby likes him so now he could really see for himself if he was right.

And so it was. Josh throws himself in Blaines arms when he sees him, greeting him happily "Blaiiiiiinee!!". And a girl arould 12, who must be Abby, stands a bit distant, waving Blaine shyly and asking "Who's your friend Blaine?".

"That's Kurt. My boyfriend" Blaine says, smiling in Kurts direction. Kurt smiles back and then looks over to Abby who gives him a death glare but still he greets her with a "Hi. You must be Abby".

Abby doesn't answer, instead Josh turns to Kurt to looks at him, back to Blaine and to Kurt again before askign "Boyfriend like with kissing and holding hands and making love?".

"Josh!" Chandler warns. He just walked in and this probably wasn't the first thing he wanted to hear. "Sorry dad" Josh mumbles and goes to the kitchen to help his mother with the last bit. "Hey Blaine" Chandler greets and Blaine answers "Hello Chandler". Then he turns to Kurt "And you must be Kurt". "Yes Sir. Pleasure to meet you" Kurt says, shaking the mans hand.

"Please call me Chandler. Sir is way to formal and I'm not that much a person of formalities" the man says and goes to the kitchen together with his daughter and the couple.

The brunch goes well and Kurt tries not to laugh when Abby looks at Blaine with heart eyes. Yep. Blaine was right. Abby likes him and whenever Blaine and Kurt act in any way like a couple Abby shoots death glares at Kurt.

They talk about everything and nothing. About the moving in and their plans for tomorrow and Blaines second free week. After that he has to go back to work but first he and Kurt try to go to New York.

After the brunch the couple goes home again and packs a bag each for New York. But they don't do much besides that, watching tv and talking.

In the evening they cook something together and go to bed earlier than usual so they can stand up early and arrive at the airport in time so they have enough time before their flight to take it slow.
