As soon as he opens the door Kurt throws himself in Blaines arms, crying for whatever reason. Blaine will find out when Kurt calmed down.

Carefully Blaine guides them both in the living room and sits them both down on the couch, turning off the tv before wrapping the second arm around Kurt again.

"Shhh, Kurt everything is okay. I've got you. You're okay" he whispers over and over again until Kurts sobs turn into hiccups and sniffles.

"You wanna tell me what's wrong?" Blaine asks carefully. "I couldn't get into the plane. I just couldn't. I panicked and turned around. I took a cab to your home" Kurt tells before starting to cry again.

Again Blaine waits until Kurt calmed down, whispering reassuring phrases to help him.

"Okay first we'll call Santana and Rachel so they know they don't need to wait for you and then we'll see okay?" the older man suggests and Kurt nods "Can you call? I feel like when I try to talk I start crying again".

"Okay. I talk and you breath" Blaine says and takes his phone to call. Kurt meanwhile cuddles closer to the other man, laying his head on Blaines chest and letting his arms wrapped around Blaine.

Blaine dials Rachels number and massages Kurts scalp while waiting for Rachel to pick up the phone, his phone pressed to his ear.

"Hey Rachel" Blaine greets. "Hey Blaine" the girl grets back "Kurt isn't here yet". "Yeah. That's because he's here with me" Blaine says and kisses the top of his boyfriends head after hearing him sob quietly and then continues "He panicked before getting into the plane so he came to my apartment".

"Oh no. Is he okay?" Rachel asks worried and Blaine answers "More or less but we'll work on that". "I just want to tell you he's here so you don't wait for him" he continues and Rachel answers "okay thanks for calling. Call us if there are news".

After saying goodbye Blaine ends the call and puts his phone away. "Okay Angel I have two ideas about how to procede now if you don't have any ideas yourself" he says after another kiss on Kurts forehead.

"I don't. Tell me yours" Kurt mumbles, looking up to his boyfriend. "Option one. If you think you're ready for that we drive home and you tell your family in person. Or option two. We call them and you're staying here for a bit until you feel ready" Blaine tells, giving Kurt some time to think.

"Could we call? I'm not ready for any more confrontation. Yes their family but I feel like I'm overwhelmed with everything already" Kurt says before laying his head on Blaines chest again.

"Okay so I guess I'm talking again?" the curly haired man asks, feeling Kurt nod "Please". "Okay. I tell them you're here and we'll see in which direction this goes" Blaine says, taking his phone again and dialing Blaines number.

"Burt? Hi" he says, hearing Burt answer "Blaine. Everything's alright?". "No actually something important happened. I'm not alone at this moment" Blaine says, taking a short break to look down at Kurt "Kurt is here".

"Kurt is- What? The older man says and Blaine explains "He couldn't get in the plane so he took a cab to my apartment. Would it be okay if he stays here for a bit?. "As long as he feels comfortable. And if he's ready you two could come for dinner" Burt answers.

"Take care of my son will ya?" he asks, hearing Blaine softly answer "Always" and pressing another kiss to Kurts forehead. Then he hangs up, puttling the phone away.

"Okya today I took the day off but after today I have weekend so we have two more day for us and then we'll see if we find a solution or if I take some more days off" Blaine tells, wrapping his second arm around Kurt again.

"You don't have to take off days for me" Kurt mumbles into his chest but the other man shakes his head "You know I'd do that for you but first we'll see what happens over the weekend". "Thank you. I love you" the younger says and Blaine answers "I love you".

"You know what's funny?" Kurt asks after some silence. "What?" Blaine asks back with a smile, still playing with Kurts hair and holding him close. "My clothes are going to New York without me at this moment" Kurt laughs but it sounded a bit sad.

"I'll tell Rachel to get them and send them back here. Now c'mere" the older says, pulling Kurts face up to his to press his lips on Kurts. Then he pulls away again and whispers "I know that's selfish but I'm glad to have you in my arms. I probably would've spend the day in self pity if you weren't here".

"Very selfish" Kurt laughs before pressing his lips on Blaines again. It really just took one sentance from Blaine to make Kurt laugh again and feel, even so slightly, better.

"I know we should probably try and find a solution but could we try to forget that now? Kurt asks and Blaine nods "I ate the ice cream but we could watch a movie or something". "I'd like that" Kurt says, nuzzling his face in the crook of Blaines neck.

At lunch the couple cooks something together and sits down, eating and finally talking properly.

"I don't know why I panicked so much" Kurt says, looking down on his food. "Hey Angel it's okay. This was traumatic for you and with the coma and consequences the panic you had is normal. Yesterday I just told you that that you'll be fine but I should've seen the signs. I should've known that this could happen but I did nothing to help so I do now" Blaine says, halfway starting to ramble.

"Blaine no. Don't come with the 'I did nothing'. You helped me, eased me and I only panicked again when I were alone and got closer to the plane" the younger man says, taking Blaines hand. "And like you said you help now, already do since taking me in your arms when I stood in front of your apartment" he continues.

"Of course I did. And I'll help you with fighting this trauma okay?" Blaine says and the other man answers "Okay. But could we change the topic again? Figuring something out tomorrow?". "As long as you feel comfortable angel" Blaine smiles.
