—Ella's Pov-

"You look so good," Kennedy says, walking into my room. I look in the mirror one more time and smile. Can't go wrong with black skinny jeans and a random band shirt.

"I see someone's dressed up for her new boyfriend," I tease. Her cheeks turn a soft hue of red as she watches me do my makeup.

"What color eyeliner?" I ask, holding up the options.

"Blue, it makes your eyes pop. Also we aren't technically official. He hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend we have just gone on a couple dates," she informs. I carefully put the color on my waterline before closing the cap. My phone rings from the bed and Kennedy answers it.

"Hi Michael.............She's doing her makeup.....yes we are coming soon......okay byeeee," she says before hanging up.

"I'm ready let's go," I tell her. She's grabs my phone for me and follows me downstairs where I grab my keys. The guys left an hour ago to set up and get all their instruments there safely. I opt for a lanyard with my wallet on it, too lazy to carry a purse. We get in my car and she takes the aux playing our playlist. I put the windows down and rush to the venue. When we get to a stop light, I look over and see Kennedy typing away on her phone.

"Are you excited to see Calum?" She asks with a smirk. I give her a confused look and the light turns green, putting my attention back on the road.

"What do you mean?" I ask, pulling into the parking lot.

"Nothing..." she smiles. She gets out of the car and waits for me to walk in. The place looks crowded based on the parking lot. As we walk in we see the guys on the stage, looking over some papers.

"Oh my god it's 5 Seconds of Summer ahhhhh," I whisper yell.

"Please, ladies calm yourself," Ashton jokes, pulling us in for a hug. He leaves his arm around my shoulder as Kennedy walks over to Luke.

"Ash...please tell me you guys are performing Voodoo Doll or I'm leaving," I tell him.

"Calum made sure we put it on the set list," he informs me. I look over at the boy and see him distracted with Michael, dancing around the stage.

"Be honest, who's your favorite?" Ashton whispers.

"I don't think you'll like my answer," I smirk. He looks offended, putting a hand to his heart.

"I'm gonna pretend you didn't just say that," he frowns. Michael calls him over, leaving me at the table they reserved for us. I hop up on to the stool and pull my phone out. I go to Instagram and post about their performance on my story.

"I'm gonna go get some drinks would you be able to help me?" Calum asks. I nod my head and walk with him over to the bar.

"You nervous?" I ask, leaning on the bar.

"Not as much anymore. The guys really help to ease that stress," he tells me. I nod my head as Calum orders the drinks, getting everyone's favorite. I've known the guys for years but I've always been awkward around Calum. There's something about him. As we start walking back to the table he gets closer whispering in my ear, "Ash and I sneaked in a flask if you want some...don't tell Luke". I smile, putting the beverages on the table. I take my sprite and bring it to the guys before realizing I'm the one who drove here.

The building manager comes over shortly and tells the guys that people are piling in for the music. The guys look excited immediately getting on stage.

"Thank you for coming out we are 5 Seconds of Summer," Luke says into the mic.

They start the first song and it's a song we haven't heard yet. We cheer in the front as people push to get closer.

"You can find us on all media platforms. We have cards at the bar, thank you for coming out," Luke smiles. Michael's jumps off the stage and tackles us in a hug. Calum and Ashton go to the bar and scope out if people are taking their cards.

"You guys sounded so good. Definitely got a lot of new fans tonight," I tell him. Kennedy pulls Luke away making me smile at how cute they are.

"We got invited to a party if you guys want to come?" Calum says, walking back over to the group with Ashton.

"I'm so down. I need to find myself a rebound after Cassandra," Michael says. I follow the guys outside to their car and see Kennedy and Luke making out.

"Ayo...that's just nasty man," I groan, hiding my eyes behind Ashton.

"We are going to a party, you guys wanna come?" Calum asks. Luke looks at Kennedy and says sure.

"We can all go back to the house and unload the instruments," Luke tells us. Kennedy tells us she's gonna ride with Luke, giving the other guys a look. I can't help but laugh as they walk to my car.

"Aww you poor babies have to ride with me," I smirk.

"Please, don't kill us" Michael begs.

"Come on my driving is not that bad," I state, turning off the car. I look back at the group and see Ashton gripping the handle on the ceiling, with Michael and Calum holding onto each other, "that's a bit dramatic...don't ya think?"

The guys quickly run out of the car and into the house to get away from me. I'm not THAT bad. If their music careers fail they can become actors.

"Kennedy, I'm gonna go change into a cuter outfit...I'll be right back," I tell her. She's too distracted by Luke to notice. He better ask her to be his girlfriend soon.

I run upstairs and look in my closet trying to find something nice to wear. I decide on keeping my skinny jeans on and throw in a long sleeve shirt cause it's a little chilly out. As I descend the stairs I run into Ashton.

"What's up little drummer boy?"

"I was bored and figured you would be more fun to hang out with," he smiles.

"Are you flirting with me?" I whisper, walking down the stairs. He ruffles my hair telling me in my dreams before walking back into the living room. I jump onto his back as he reaches the bottom of the staircase. He twirls us around before dropping me onto the couch.

"Is everyone ready to go?" Luke asks. I nod my head and we all decide to take different cars. Luke and Kennedy in one car cause they will most likely leave early. While Michael, Ashton, Calum, and I are in Ashton's car. They all met up at our house before going to the gig in Luke's car. I climb into the back with Michael and already feel tired.
