Teacher Meetings

Sunny and Night were called to Seren's school which was unusual. Seren was a good kid, so they wondered what happened. Both parents had been requested, which worried them both, especially Sunny.

Riley was in the backseat, happily napping. It was their day off, but nobody could watch their youngest so they had no choice but to bring her with them. Pulling into the elementary school, Night hopped out and grabbed Riley from her car seat and they walked into Seren's kindergarten classroom.

Miss Hayblue was a young teacher, probably only slightly older than Sunny and Night themselves. She welcomed the two parents with a kind smile, and they noticed their little boy sitting at his table with multiple Band-Aids on his arms. Seren saw his father and ran to him "DADDY!!!"

"Shh. Riley's sleeping. Use your inside voice." Sunny said, hugging him. " did something happen with our son?did he hurt another kid?" Night asked, and Miss Hayblue shook her head. " quite the opposite actually. This group of students keep picking on your son for his facial beauty mark. The bullying has escalated to physical violence, and no matter what I try to do, those kids will not leave him alone."

Night's eyes widened. A few days before, her son came home with a bruised cheek. She asked what happened and he said that he tripped on the playground. Sunny bent down, picking up his son. "Is this true, star baby?"

Seren nodded before burying his head in his father's shoulder. " where's the rest of your class?" Asked Night, free hand balled in a fist. " they're at lunch. I had to keep your son behind so I could conduct this meeting, and to keep him safe. I think his facial marking makes him unique. I've never seen anything like it." Said Miss Hayblue, and Night nodded. " The correct term for it is a port wine stain. But enough of that. Do you know the name of these kids?" The teacher gave a nod.

"Peter Greeneway, Fletcher Daniels, McKenna Clayforth, and Kaiser Irwin. Peter usually instigates the bullying."

Night recognized that first name instantaneously. Looks like she and Sunny were making a trip to the hospital to have a 'nice chat' with his father.

Night and Sunny were not going to let a group of little brats bully, torment, and harass their son. This ends now.

"Come on baby boy. Let's get you signed out. And thank you so much for looking out for Seren, Miss Hayblue. You've done all you were allowed to in your field of work." Said Sunny, adjusting Seren into a similar position that Night held Riley in.

In the car, Seren broke down in tears. "I'm sorry for not telling you! But Peter said he would tell his dad to ban us from the hospital if I told you!"

Sunny felt his heart break. These fucking kids keep getting worse every time something new comes up.
Night looked at Sunny. "Sunny. I know his dad personally, and his name is name is Stephen Greeneway. He was a friend of mine in high school, but he most importantly, was the doctor that treated our daughter. We're heading to the children's ward of the hospital as we speak."

Sunny stared at his wife, gave a nod, and watched as Night began to rage drive.

Both of them were in protective parent mode, and they were going to let Stephen know that.

And he wasn't going to like what he saw.
