Seren sat at his little table in the living room, kicking his feet. "Hunter?" The little one called out, and the 15 year old blonde came trotting in. "Yeah? I was just about to go play owl house with my friends, and Luz has some great ideas."

"When mama has sissy, will she still love me?" Seren asked, causing Hunter to drop his bag. "Of course she will. Where did you get that idea?" Hunter sat down in the child sized chair, but he wasn't expecting what came out of Seren's mouth.

"Philip." The child confessed, staring at the floor. Hunter froze, grabbing his sibling's hand. "Where did you talk to him, hermanito?"

"School! He talked to class!"

Hunter got up. "I'll be right back, Ser Bear." The boy rushed to his room and called Willow. "Your dad Gilbert teaches preschool, right?"

"Yeah. He helps my papa keep the shop running after work though. What's this about?" Willow asked, concern in her voice.

"My brother, Seren's in his class. Apparently, Philip came into his class as a guest speaker today, and told my brother that my mom would not love him anymore when she had the baby." Hunter said quietly. Willow gasped, running down the stairs before coming up a few minutes later. " yeah, I can confirm that. They were discussing the founding of the town in a way that preschoolers would understand it, so they had Phillip, since he's a descendent of the founders come in and talk to the kids. The decision was by the Board of Education. And according to my dad, Philip got a chance to talk one on one with the kids and my guess is that he used this chance to say what he said to Seren."

Hunter stared, completely appalled. "Thanks, Willow. Can you tell the others that I can't play today because I have to deal with this."

"'Course, Hunter. See you at school tomorrow." The girl hung up, Hunter rushing into his parent's room.

"Mama, can we talk?" Hunter asked, Night nodding.

"Your sister has been making me sick as a dog today, but what's on your mind kid?"

Hunter told her everything, the mother's eyes widening. "ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!" She yelled, Sunny running up the stairs. "What happened, moonlight?!" The husband asked worryingly.

"That bastard, Philip, told our youngest that I won't love him after our daughter is born."

Sunny's eyes flickered like a light switch, the man running outside in the cold February night
