Younghoon tiptoed through the hallway that led to Chanhee's room, holding the small gift bag hidden behind his back. In an attempt to surprise his boyfriend, Younghoon didn't tell him he was coming over and had Chanhee's mother let him inside.

When he made it to the boy's bedroom door, he knocked on the wood softly, hoping Chanhee just assumed he was one of his parents. There were a few silent moments that left Younghoon wondering if the room was actually empty until he heart a muffled, "yeah?"

He slowly turned the knob and pushed open the door, peeking his head inside. A small smile formed on Chanhee's lips at the sight, not having seen his boyfriend outside of school for a few days because of their clashing schedules.

"I have a present for you..." Younghoon said softly as he entered the room fully, setting the bag down for just a moment so he could actually talk to his boyfriend first. As he walked closer to the boy, his red cheeks and swollen eyes became more and more noticeable. He grabbed Chanhee's chin gently, lifting his head up to get a better look at him, "Were you crying?"

Chanhee quickly shook his head and pulled away so he could clean up all of his math homework scattered across his bed to give Younghoon a place to sit. He could feel the lump in his throat growing once again at Younghoon simply acknowledging that he had been crying. "No—I'm fine," he whispered, eyes glued to the blanket underneath him.

"I might not be the brightest person in the world...but I can't believe you think I'm that stupid."

A small laugh slipped past Chanhee's lips, his eyes welling with tears no matter how hard he tried to stop them. "I've never cried in front of you before this is so embarrassing..." the younger muttered before bringing a hand up to wipe at his eyes.

"Chanhee why would it be embarrassing for me to see you cry—I cry in front of you all the time," Younghoon explained softly as he sat down next to the boy, wrapping an arm around his shoulders and pulling him down to lay on his chest, "you can talk to me about anything, you know?"

"I'm just so stressed out with everything right now, Younghoon," the boy sighed at last, his voice wavering ever so gently, "I thought taking three math classes wasn't going to be that hard—but I'm learning such different things in all of them and there's so much homework this week...I feel like I'm losing my mind."

"Oh Chanhee..." Younghoon whispered before bringing his hand up to stroke Chanhee's soft hair, "I think you're the only person in the world that thinks three math classes wouldn't be hard. But you're doing good, you know that, right? You're almost done with these classes...just a few more weeks."

Nodding against Younghoon's chest, Chanhee sniffled before mumbling, "I know...I've been fine all year it's just like all the sudden it's too much for me."

"I think it's safe to say you don't want my help with homework...but if I can do anything, just ask."

Chanhee giggled at the idea of Younghoon trying to do his statistics homework before he nodded once again. He looked up at Younghoon, suddenly feeling better, "did you say you had a present for me...?"

"Yeah," Younghoon laughed, slipping away from the younger just for a moment so he could grab the little gift bag, "it's something for both of us actually."

Pulling the white tissue paper out of the bag, Chanhee grabbed the black velvet box from the bottom and opened it to reveal two necklaces side by side. They were small silver hearts with C engraved on one and Y on the other.

"I know it's cheesy..." Younghoon voiced softly as he searched Chanhee's face for any kind of reaction, "but I thought it was cute. You can have the one with the Y and I can have the one with the C."

Chanhee smiled up at the elder and quickly said, "it is cute—I love it." He pulled the necklaces out of the box and handed Younghoon the one with his own initial on it, "will you put it on me?" He asked.

The younger beamed as he twisted the chain around, trying to look at the pendant from where it laid on his neck. "Thank you Younghoon~" he said softly.

Sitting back down next to the boy, Younghoon leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on his lips. "I think I timed bringing this over pretty good..." he muttered.

Chanhee hummed as he grabbed the other necklace from the box, gesturing for Younghoon to bend down before unclasping the chain. He put the necklace around the elder's neck and smiled, "oh we're like a cliche couple now."

"A cute cliche couple," Younghoon corrected.

"I want to take a nap," Chanhee whispered randomly before pushing the papers off his bed.

There were a few moments of confused silence until Younghoon stuttered, "oh—ok you can if you want to...I can leave that's fine."

"What? No—take a nap with me, idiot. I'm not asking you to leave."

"I don't take naps, Chanhee, I don't think is physically possible."

Hopping up to turn the light off, Chanhee laid down in the center of his bed and gestured for Younghoon to lay on his chest. "Just try to..." he pouted.

Younghoon hesitantly scooted down on the bed and laid his head gently on the younger's chest. He felt an arm wrap around his stiff shoulders, a sense of security washing over him at the warm feeling.

"Comfortable?" Chanhee asked softly. The elder only nodded, letting his eyes flutter shut as he snuggled further into Chanhee's hold.

"Chanwoo!" Mrs Choi whispered as she ran out to the living room and pulled her husband out of the chair he was sitting in, dragging him down the hallway to Chanhee's room. "Look! Look how cute they are!"

The man looked into their son's room to see Chanhee and Younghoon fast asleep on his bed. Younghoon used Chanhee's stomach as a pillow, arms wrapped tightly around the boy as he slept. "Wow...they're asleep together in the same bed..." he muttered, prompting his wife to hit his arm.

"They're cute..." the woman muttered, "look how happy he is."
